Meet Charlie Webb

I've been dealing with Subaru Superstore of Chandler since moving to AZ in 2019 and have been impressed with their Service Department from day one. It was time to replace my 2017 Subaru Forester so I was very comfortable with the idea of buying from them. I've purchased about 30 cars, new and used over the last 60 years, and one of my brothers was GM for a variety of foreign and domestic automobile dealerships for his entire adult life, so I have a good feel for a quality dealership when it comes time to buy a car. Charlie Webb and Brandon Witz made the entire process seamless when it came time to buy a new 2025 Forester, and I'm confident the Service Department will continue to provide the excellent service they have in the past.

This is our second Crosstrek purchase from Subaru Superstore Chandler. We had a great experience with both purchases. Charlie did a super job and we really love the Crosstrek !

I Loved the cordial, welcoming environment. No hustle, no pressure. All competent, courteous, and helpful.

Great salesman but the experience was jaded by a letter from the dealership which stated we were denied credit after the deal was done. don't know why this letter was even sent because it was incorrect. When I followed up with the dealership I was told this letter is sent to everybody which I don't believe.

We will always use Subaru Superstore for our car purchases. We couldn't be happier with the service department and sales department. They are honest and always trying their best...and the are the best! Adam Vega in the service department has taken good care of our first Subaru for 11 years. He is the reason we bought the new car from this dealership.

Love the friendly sales ppl and free water and snacks at the dealership. I absolutely recommend Subaru Superstore of Chandler especially my salesman Charlie Webb. He is great!

Getting the car I wanted was the absolutely easiest thing I've ever experienced at a car dealer.

I visited Charlie to drive a new Forester Wilderness edition as 3 had arrived that day. When I arrived the dealership was incredibly busy and Charlie was with clients. Even though he was busy he still made time to greet me and let me know they still had one in stock. He went above and beyond to get the vehicle from the back, fill it with gas, and explain every feature to me. When I am ready to buy a Subaru I will definitely be giving my busy to the superstore and Charlie Webb as he exemplifies what a good sales person is. Thank you Charlie!
