From Scott Postel my Internet Sales Associate to Mike Burgess the Sales Manager, the experience I had was amazing. Long story short, this dealership had the open opportunity to charge me more for the Forester I just purchased, but chose to bring to my attention that the price was less than I thought. It was a good deal at the wrong price, but after they corrected my understanding of the true deal, it brought a chill to my body. You will not find a group of people or a dealership with more integrity and commitment to making you a customer for life. That is what they have earned from me.

I needed to purchase a vehicle for my niece (her first) and he was so great with her. He took the time to explain every detail to her. I used the Costco auto purchasing program to acquire my Outback. The sales people, finance, and post delivery expert all did an excellent job. I contacted a different, dealer and I was not give a total price breakdown. They were $3000 more than Subaru Superstore. I've purchased many new cars in the past and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
