pleasant & surprising

The experience was surprisingly easy and comfortable.The sales person Carlos, was no pressure, no intimidation. Nothing like the stereotype salesperson expected. A pleasure to deal with. Made our experience worthwhile. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff is very courteous and friendly, and make car shopping a nice experience.

Great!

It was a good visit. It took longer than I was told, but some things just can't be helped. I finished up all of the things that had been recommended before my 50,000 mile check-up. I just hope in my move to Punta Gorda that they are are nice and accommodating as Starling. Everyone has been nice, especially Javier Torres, he has been very helpful and accommodating to me. Thank you for all of your years of good service.

Understandable Salesmen

Choosing to buy a car was a big step and a huge decision for me. Jason was very patient with me and explained anything that I had questions about or wasn't sure on. I really needed a moment to just think about all of this and he was very understanding of how big of a decision I was making. I'm very happy that I came to this location and for the patience that Jason showed along with the other people that worked with me in this whole buying process.

Mr. Jean Duupuis

Staff was friendly and I was greeted promptly. The new dealership is very attractive. It has a large and comfortable waiting room. The work performed on my vehicle was done in a reasonable amount of time. I will return to this dealership in the future for my vehicle's servicing requirements.

Great Communication and great service!

I am from Ontario, Canada and was traveling on Vacation to Orlando, halfway though my two week vacation, my car had a major electrical failure (2013 Camaro Vert/2SS) leaving me with a stranded feeling. Starling worked hard to get me back on the road. Regular updates, call backs when promised. The Car was returned to me exactly how I left it. I was pleased. Starling also provided me with a courtesy vehicle, another Camaro, so I did not feel put out by the problem. Thank-You,

Nice new facility, same great customer service!

Generally good, but it did take a little longer than I am used to with my other vehicles. Making an appointment was easy and I was greeted on-time. The new waiting area is pretty nice but I do miss the donuts they had at the old location.

Fantastic service!

Had a tire with a flat. Even though it was late afternoon, your rep had us bring it in, checked out the tire, plugged and patched it, and had us on our way. He was courteous, professional, and easy to talk with. He even took it in afterwards for a wash. Kudos!

Great service for out-of-state Chevy customers

We were from out of state in March and my 2014 Equinox needed it's first oil change. My husband went on-line to search for a Chevrolet dealer close by. After calling for directions, we still couldn't find your garage because apparently you had recently moved and we went to the old address, which was the one still listed. After a few more days, we found you and you were surprisingly close to our vacation condo. Although you were extremely busy, after a short wait the required service was complete. In the meantime your employees went out of their way to make us comfortable. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.
