Worse experience ever! Purchased a diesel truck. Was told the light on dashboard was a lightbulb. Wasnt... it was injectors and they took 0 responsibility! Not even 12 hours or the purchase and truck messed up! 'This is the text message I got from sales rep at blue line Just be careful. Ours is certified brother. I'd rather spend the extra thousand and be safe knowing it was rigorously checked over. We sent it to 2 diesel shops and both said it's as bulletproof as it gets. You truly won't find a cleaner one in the valley. Maybe cheaper, but cheaper isn't always the best route to go'

Dealer response

This truck was sold AS-IS, due to the extraordinary high mileage and old age of the vehicle. Customer signed in 4 different spots acknowledging that he would be 100% responsible for any and all repairs, and that the dealer is not responsible for any repairs. Thank you.

The staff at BlueLine very responsive to our inquiry. Brandon and Kim were up front, honest and no pressure. We would definitely return for a future car purchase!

Saw a truck on there website and I had called emailed texted several of times. Had the dang money in hand for the truck and was wanting to see it in person but wanted to make sure they had the truck still. Didn't receive anything back from them and now they FINALLY say its been sold. Like really idiots. Its been on the website forever and now all of a sudden its sold. Horrible service. Taking my money somewhere else. Will never recommend this place and I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Worst experience. I rarely write reviews, but this has to be put out there as a warning to other future buyers. I went in to buy the truck Wednesday afternoon of last week. Axle lock started blinking on way home. My husband looked at it when I got home and couldn’t get it to stop blinking. He knows quite about these vehicles and he knew at that point something wasn’t right. This was after 5:00 Wednesday. Next day, Thursday morning at 7:00 when the local dodge dealership opened I called the dealership for a fix of the problem, they walked me through a series of steps to try and fix it, nothing worked. They told me truck shouldn’t be driven with that on light blinking that the truck appears to be stuck in between gears and not to drive it, I had it at the dealership by 7:20 am. It’s still there now, a week later and dodge still can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. This was after I was told at Blueline it had a 125 point inspection. The worst part is I immediately contacted Kim Gifford Thursday morning at 7:30 by emailed. I explained the situation. He called after they opened at 9:00 and I explained again over the phone what I told him dodge said reiterated what I said in the email. I told him in the email not to fund the loan nor register the vehicle with MVD, as we don’t know how serious of an issue it is and waiting a few days to find out shouldn’t be a big deal. He told me let’s see what they find before we worry about returning the vehicle. I agreed. Everyday I emailed Kim with updates and told him to continue not funding it because we still have no answers. It’s a week later the truck is still in the shop and they still don’t know what’s wrong with it. Kim ignored my calls this morning (5/28/2020) and wouldn’t return my calls. My husband and I decided today we weren’t going to deal with this nonsense any longer, we need a vehicle and I was trying to get in contact with Kim This morning to let him know we weren’t going to buy the vehicle and since it wasn’t funded yet nor registered they could just come get it. The vehicle wasn’t in good working order when we got it, we don’t want it. We’ve been patient long enough. I call back and Kim answers the phone, now he can’t dodge me. Come to find out that Kim failed to let his boss know of the situation and our correspondence by phone and email since last Thursday morning, nor did he tell me at that time that I needed to be dealing with the owner at that point. He knowingly didn’t give out the necessary information/people to handle this with. While on the phone he backtracked and I caught him in a lie that he then had to backpedal when I questioned him. He lied about the the owners knowing about it then not knowing, then it’s out if his hands once the paperwork is turned over to owners for funding. I told him I said since day one not to fund it. He said I didn’t ever say that, I told him I have emails and text messages to prove otherwise. Since the moment that truck went in to dealership and my emails with Kim immediately after it was not to be funded and it was all before they even opened for the day so he did it after knowing I said not to. Waiting to hear back by email or phone from the owner Matt Keller. Hopefully he will be more reasonable and take ownership of the mishandling of this situation. Not reputable at all, they don’t follow through, they don’t give proper info to customers, and as it appears now; instead of being responsible and taking back a truck that’s not in working, they’re going to stick me with it.

On March 8th I traded in my Honda Civic coupe, put 2k down and financed the rest to purchase a 4 door Kia car from Blueline auto group. I previously had a great experience with them 9 years ago so I assumed this would be the same. Branden was so nice to work with during my purchase. Less than a week after purchase the front tire was low. I took it to discount tire and was told the tires were 8 years old, very worn down and unsafe to drive. I ended up replacing all four tires in the first weeks of owning it. I was then contacted by Blueline and asked to take the car through emissions as the one I bought had slipped through the cracks. They said they would pay me for the cost of emissions so I took the car in the very next day. I was notified that the car had an open recall it. I reached out to Blueline and told them about having to replace the tires which was over $500 and now the car had an open recall that I had to get fixed. Had they disclosed those I obviously would not have bought the car and would have looked at other vehicles on the lot. I took the car to Kia and wouldn't you know... My car was affected, as I type this I am still without my car as the entire engine needed to be replaced along with a transmission service. I've emailed and called Blueline to recover the cost of tires, the emissions test they said they would reimburse me for etc. Every time it's the same story with no resolution. They sold me a car that was unsafe and will not even do anything to make it right. I have a 6 month old son and this put him and myself in a dangerous situation. I am very dissatisfied with how it has not been handled and reached out to BBB who apparently had investigated another lemon law dispute which Blueline refused to resolve. Buyer Be Aware of a vehicle purchase from this company. Run the VIN number, inspect the car or bring a mechanic and backup with you. When purchasing a car you don't think they would let you drive off the lot with tires that are a safety hazard and an open recall without disclosing to the consumer. The car was detailed and so the tires looked shiny and new to me. As of now I'm out well over $700, without my car and it hasn't been two months. Do not give this business your money, as soon as they get it you're done and it's your problem. So disappointed with how they handled this, no integrity whatsoever.

Beautiful car, very clean. Seemed like price was good. Told a professional mechanic does a full inspection on the car front to back. I found it has a broken front motor mount at needs $1300 to fix it. After it was pointed out to me by a non professional oil change 20 year old kid, it was very obvious it was badly broken. Not happy about that! After the cost of repair and rental, the vehicle was not a good purchase....
