Cally was super helpful, friendly, casual, patient and verrrrryyy easy to work with! There were no sales pressure feelings at all ... just a sincere desire to help us find a car that was the right fit for our unique personalities! We also were surprised by the great variety on the lot of hybrids which were hard to find! We drove from 90 minutes away and left with a car! We highly recommend both the dealership and Cally!

Dealer claimed I didn't have a problem with A/C controls. I was able to replicate the issue an hour after I left dealership. Same old crap, took a year and 3 dealers to finally resolve a seat issue. I'm done with Toyota even though this is my 3rd new one.

We arrived without an appointment to address an issue
We arrived without an appointment to address an issue related to a spare tire for a Tacoma. When attempting to change a flat tire it appeared to us that it was not the correct rim. The service team took immediate action to explain and show us it was the correct rim/tire. We felt reassured. Then you guys quickly addressed the flat tire, identified the leak and proceeded to fix the tire. We were astonished and very pleased with the exceptional service provided. I will continue to bring my Tacoma to Lake Country Toyota. Your service team deserves SIX stars for the service provided.

Alexander in service was great to work with once I got
Alexander in service was great to work with once I got there. The scheduling process and lead times have gone downhill at this dealership. It takes forever to get through to a person to schedule and when you finally do, the appointments available for an oil change are two weeks out. Very frustrating.

I have had my vehicle in at least 4 times for an apparent
I have had my vehicle in at least 4 times for an apparent leak with sunroof but they haven't been able to find the leak or fix it yet. My car stinks like mold!!! The guys in service department very nice.
