Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The salesperson (Cally K.) I worked with answered all my questions and returned my calls quickly. If you need a new vehicle, stop in and get one, you won’t be disappointed.

Efficient, straight forward style sales.

Efficient, straight forward style sales. No fluff or B.S. marketing to promote the vehicles, trying to get us to buy something. It is a big purchase, therefore self-thought and processing is critical. Cory was helpful is finding out vehicle information, making sure minor fixes were taken care of promptly, and very communicative throughout the process without acting like a salesman. He was human and natural which I loved!

Excellent online experience.

Excellent online experience. Was contacted right away, and sales rep completely understood the distance, and having to do most of the negotiations over the phone. Purchase was ready and completed quickly when we arrived for our appointment. Thanks to Cally and the staff at Lake County Toyota.

1. I waited for over an hour before they started working

1. I waited for over an hour before they started working on my car even though I had an appointment. I was told the appointment was when I could bring the car and not when they would start working on my car. 2. I asked that my right rear tire be looked since it was slowly leaking air. I was told that the pressure was the same as the other tires so noting weas wrong, Today the tire, now on the left rear, was nearly flat at 10 psi.I was lead to believe the tires were shifted from right rear to left front an right front to left rea!! Guess this is not the case at Lake Country Toyota!!

No coordination of service & sales.

No coordination of service & sales. I paid cash and was made promises that were neglected. Service is busy so doesn’t have to treat with care. Sent in complaint and no response 1 week later. Went to Toyota homepage and could find no where to contact them.
