excellent customer service
Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. I am so pleased with my new explorer and the whole experience. Michael Day was great to work with. He really did a great job explaining everything. Fred was very good at listening to what we were looking for and offered several suggestions.

Experience with Seth Wadley Ford, Pauls Valley, OK
I purchased a 2015 Ford F 150. The salesperson, Fred Garrett, was diligent in helping me find just the right vehicle/options I was looking for. The finance manager, Greg, worked hard to find us the right financing. When picking up the vehicle, it was prepped and ready to go. All the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely recommend the Seth Wadley Ford dealership, as well as Fred Garrett. As for the vehicle, we are very satisfied:)
