Mr. Joe, the advisor, seeked and found the problem
I had a problem with my car purchased less than 45 days ago. I called to make and appointment. My information was sent to the advisors, and Mr. Joe returned my call in less than 5 minutes he reviewed my information about the car and purchase and called a second time in less than 10 minutes. He gave me an appointment between 1pm and 1:30pm. I am thankful to the appointment setter and Mr. Joe. He took care of my engine light and stated if there were any other problems do not hesitate to bring car for service.

I was very dissappointed with the way my appointment was handled. I had placed my appointment a week prior to bringing it in I had taken my vehicle in a day early ahead of my 8:30a.m. appointment I received call around 11:30am saying it in fact needed brakes which I knew and discussed the pricing I was fine with that. Now, I get off work 2:30pm arrive there at 3pm and my vehicle is not ready 2 hours or so later I get my vehicle not much of an apology or some sort of discount. This is not a deal breaker but suggestive criticism.
Good... The salesman did an excellent job and keeping me informed as to the progress and status toward the manufacturing and arrival of my vehicle.
Not a good visit
Made an appointment to see a car posted on cars.com on around Feb 16th to see the car on Feb 20th in the am. Salesman confirmed the appointment around the 18th.Arrived at dealer and was informed that the car was sold the day before.Was showed a car that was a level above with twice as much mileage and about $800 more not was what I had set the appointment. Sales Mgr came out and apologized for bring me out and said we are in the business of selling cars and basically they do not hold cars so why set an appointment or call to let me know the car was sold.I felt"sorry,too bad can't help you" so I walked out and no one stopped me.I guess they did not need my business. That's ok I found another car from a different dealership.
BEWARE DO NOT BUT HERE
BEWARE ....very dishonest ..does not admit to their mistakes and you end up paying more the signed agreed amount that they tell you is the final price out the door...do not do not believe them ...salesman named Ty White ..will not stand up for what the promised ....do not but from them unless you want to be taken advantage of and held hostage ...they underpaid the sales tax for out of state sale and now refuse to admit their mistake and pay the sales tax so that I can get my title and plates...under price the sales tax to make you buy and them refuse pay the correct amount....30 days after delivery of the car still no title ...looking to sue them in small claims court ..Do not but from them as they do not know how to make out of State sales ....not a honest dealership ...

Awful sold my son a lemon
Sold my son a lemon then tried to con them into getting other work done on it. They were first time buyer’s that they took advantage of!
Improper used vehicle inspections
I purchased a used 2015 Jeep wrangler unlimited in February 2020 and traded in my 2 door wrangler because I simply needed something bigger. I went into the dealership with a clear idea of what I wanted to spend and what I was looking for. I was straight forward and to the point. Carlos was a good salesman, he did not push or try to pull anything over on me. As far as the quality of the rest of the dealership staff and operations, very poor! The vehicle was sold to us with a damaged tailgate from an improperly mounted spare tire, the dealership refused to cover the full cost of the tailgate and only would pay half of the cost to replace it. This was less than 30 days after purchasing the vehicle. Before that was discovered we found a screw in the front tire before ever leaving the lot after signing the papers, luckily they did offer to take a look at the tired and had to replace it. I was without my vehicle for a full day. Fast forward to today and my husband is trying to put new brakes on since they have been squealing since buying it...and the lug nuts on the front tire they replace were so tight that one of the lug nuts literally broke off! Not even two weeks into having the wrangler the same exact wheel that had the tire replace had a speed sensor go out and again I am without my vehicle. It took them over a week to get the sensor in to be able to replace it. They do no properly check their vehicles before selling them. Their service technicians are obviously untrained if putting lug nuts on with an impact gun so tight that they cannot be removed. Good thing I haven't had a flat tire because once again I would be without a vehicle. Fast forward to May 2020 and I receive a phone call from Nationwide insurance saying my insurance on the wrangler is being discontinued due to the DMV never receiving needed paper work from the dealership, the paper work was done incorrectly. Unhappy doesn't even begin to touch it with McElveen. I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor will I ever encourage anyone else to. Writing nasty reviews isn't a hobby I partake in but this time something needs to be said for lack of attention to properly inspect vehicles before rolling off the lot.
Fraud Reader beware!
Brought 2019 Mazda cx5, can't get title for the vehicle. South Carolina Motor vehicle is investigating Dealership purchase, Dealership in Sumerville not returning calls! They have not provided me with any information, I ask for the owner number and they refuse to give it to me.
