Smooth Transition

My experience went very smoothly. I like that Sean was patient with me and he wasn't overbearing. Everything I requested, such as the Carfax, and Auto check was sent to me punctually. The numbers and everything was pretty much figured before I arrived at the dealership, which made for a smooth transition. I received exactly what was promised on my trade as well. My overall experience was great and I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from ALM Roswell!

Atlanta Luxury Motors union city

This is a great dealership with great people working there. They're not pushy or too aggressive and very personable. Would definitely go back and would recommend others to go there as well.

Do not waste your time

Before I drove off they agreed to fix everything my mechanic found, I dropped the car off to get the radio fixed and they told me a week later after I called with concerns that Audi has to fix it. I am now faxing a warranty sheet to Audi that the dealer could have easily presented to Audi when they dropped it off vehicle. I would highly recommend driving by this dealer.

Best experience purchasing a vehicle.

Called after finding the fully loaded Murano we wanted on their website. We went the next day to look at it and take a test drive. Decided to purchase the Murano on the spot and Alan made it so EASY. We were in and out in a flash! Love it! Thank you Alan and David for the best experience we have ever had buying a car. We will be back!!

This prior statement has the be revised because the dealer would not fix a mother board to make the navigation, radio, a/c operational. Do not go to this dealer. I have not driven the car I bought since I purchased it over 2 weeks age because the warranty inspector I paid an additional $4,400 is a no show every time I call the dealer to see if the issue has been resolved. Walk away from this dealer. Absolutely crooks and I was tricked. I do not want any other hard working person in GA lose their money to these crooks.

Great experience with an honest & respectful team

After a terrible experience with a different dealership, we walked into ALM quite nervous and disillusioned. We were greeted politely by Sean who turned it around for us. We drove our dream car out of there the next day. The best part is that they helped us feel comfortable financially too explaining ever cost and being utterly transparent. Thanks! AML ROSWELL! Satisfying!!

I made one call to Atlanta Luxury Motors 10/11/16 to see if the 2014 Q50 Black Infiniti was still available. I spoke with John and advised that I would be coming into the dealership to browse this car since it was still available. When I walked in, John Zapata, walked up to me and escorted me to his station to go over the details. I was able to test drive the car in the area, in which I WAS SOLD after driving it. John gave me a mini-tutorial on how to work the many features that the car has to offer. He also advised that there's a Youtube video that further gives instructions on how to navigate the features of the car. HER NEW NAME IS 'SPICE;!! Lol!! John answered ALL of my questions after tons of inquiries about different financing scenarios so that I could get the 'BEST' deal that works for me. I completed all the paperwork and I was told that the car would be FULLY DETAILED and brought to my job the next day by John Zapata, himself. I decline the offer and decided to pick up SPICE on my lunch break the next day. My overall experience was enjoyable. Thanks John for all your help.
