A great sales experience!

My sister and I came to visit Team Nissan last week. We visited two other stores before that, We were not ready to buy a car, our plan was to just look. Tina was the sales person that help us. We felt so comfortable talking to her that we decided to buy right there in then. Thank you Tina Flores. My sisters loves her Sentra.

Kudos for Odín della Catena, outstanding Customer

Came to the dealership to get a copy of my car key. I was directed to go to Parts, I went in and Odín Della Catena was walking by where I was parked and immediately asked me if I needed help. I stated my business to him and he helped me right there and then. When he said that I needed to come back in 2 hours I explained that it was not possible for me to come back that day and be totally naive about what was involved, I asked if I could come back in a day or to. He said sure. When he asked me for the car keys I realized they needed the car to sincroníze the key. We’ll, that was not possible, I needed to leave right away since I had to pick up my grandson. Odín looked at me and said I’ll help you have a seat and I’ll take care of this for you. I couldn’t believe that in these days when nobody cares about what your predicaments are, he didn’t hesitate for a second and went to take care of the work needed for me to get the key. This experience was unbelievable!!!. Sometime later he brought the car back, processed the paperwork and off I went. All people in Customer Service everywhere should be like Odín della Catena. Personable, profesional, well mannered, and above all caring!! Outstanding Service, 10 Stars

Unpleasant customer experience.

I had a really unpleasant experience here with the finance manager and sales consultants Donald and Max. While I understand that Team Nissan is a business and needs to make a profit from sales. Consistent efforts were made to try to convince me to pay 30,400 for a 21,840 dollar SUV listed online. I’m aware of the sales tax and we did the calculations ourselves. I have good credit and had a reasonable down payment and a monthly payment request so this was just very dishonest and crooked. Aside from that at the end of the negotiation the finance manager thought that I was being rude for speaking up against their attempt to add more dollars to my monthly payment without my consent which ended up costing me 300 dollars more. I wasn’t shown my APR interest rate like how I requested in the beginning until the end of the negotiation with the finance manager and upon signing the paperwork. In the end i was humiliated and was forced to defend myself. I decided to try out this dealership for the first time upon the good reviews. I’m not buying another car from here again. Donald and Max were nice guys and I understand that we all have a job to do but the finance manager really got under my skin. Absolutely poor customer service on his part.
