I met Herb for the first time, and I trusted him. I was sent photos of everything that needed work on my beloved 21 year old Infiniti G 35. They looked like photos one would see in a modern art museum. Of course, I understood none of it, despite Herb’s attempts to inform me. Herb personally cleaned and polished my headlights. As I was leaving with a much refreshed favorite car ever, I asked Herb if he would be sticking around, and he assured me he would. I’m glad. I trust Herb.
