Unhappy Customer

Today 10/23/2023 I took my car this morning because there was a recall on my Nissan Sentra 21 . One of the service persons his name was Michael Ramirez wasn’t an people person or didn’t have a sense of humor. (SMH) I been coming to Team Nissan for a very long time before my mother passed away in 2010 she also like the people there great customer service always have a smile even though they are early morning. It disappoints me now this is my second customer service of not a great or good customer services. Because I miss the old days how everyone was then and yes I we through the hold changes with the Team Nissan! Now when Mr. Ramirez had sent me a picture of a window wiper broken I was like whoa! That’s is incorrect because I got this car NEW I know it wasn’t mine window wiper once that been sent to me I went to the service but Mr. Ramirez was helping a customer. Understand that he said he will text me . Well he didn’t I waited and waited and he already upset me and I walk over to the other side and I seen my car I walk to my car didn’t see the broken window wiper. But they left my car with water spots I got more upset and I can’t be getting mad or upset because this darn cancer I have so I was drying my car on the side where the service department was and you know what two of the guys just pass me didn’t ask if I need help or I got that for you and to note my car is black it’s not easy to dry it in the sun and I wish I should of told them No back then not black car there was a lot of water spots got my towels for my car and started to dry it . Black car and sun isn’t good knowing it dry fast because it’s black . You know I didn’t chose the black car it was Edgar H. Bautista I wanted a white one but none of the sales person never listed to me . I could of stayed with the versa and not have this kinda of problem . I thought customs get what they want not the opposite. After I was drying my car and waiting for that TEXT that Mr. M. Ramirez said he was going to do HE didn’t. I walk in bad enough upset and he stand there and act like he didn’t do anything wrong I ask can I have my key he said yes he ask for a signature I just put a line and he didn’t give me my key I ask can I have my key “Oh yes “! I walk out unhappy , disappointed. I should of ask for Daniel his the nicest person in service department. He always have a smile and also tells you what they did on my car Michael Ramirez didn’t do . My opinion is customer service is an 100% no matter you hate mornings or problems at home or don’t want to work and most of all overwhelmed at work . Great service all around

Great service on car. Christina was great service associate. Buck picked me up and was friendly and a great driver. I felt safe. Everyone was very eager to make sure I was pleased.

My purchase experience was excellent, was having car trouble and it crossed my mind to see new cars. Max just wanted to help and offered the greatest service. I couldnt help but to buy a new car, the process was far past my expectations.

What a salesperson should model after

Had a great experience, the salesperson Tina Flores was what every salesperson should model after. She was very professional and understood what i was there to do. Didn't hassle me with back and forth negotiations or tried to sell me any car just to make a deal. She was honest with me and the deal i was looking for. I test drove a pathfinder and altima both grate looking vehicles. Nissan did great on the design. Even though we couldn't make a deal on any vehicle this time, only because the color vehicle i was looking for was not in stock. Tina earned a future customer and many referrals.

Precise and detailed oil and filter change.

Did a good job in doing only work that needed to be done. They washed my car afterwards and did a good job. Great service Team Nissan!
