So let me start off this review by saying i waited a few days to write it. I wanted to let the temporary excitement of purchasing a new car wear off to truly see how i felt about the process. The entire team at Mazda of Kent was absolutely impeccable with their service. Chris, Michael, Steven, and Ronald made my time there quick and easy. They took the time to listen to my needs, wants, desires, and also kept me in the budget i was looking for without selling me things i didn't need. Mind you, i did not have perfect credit and was putting down a little less than the average but was still able to walk away with the rate i needed and the monthly payment that fit my lifestyle and families life style and budget. I would recommend that during your car shopping experiences to stop here and talk to one of these gentlemen because i can assure you they wont miss when it comes to empathy, understanding, and sales professionalism. they will get you into a vehicle that meets your criteria, id give them a 100/10 if i could. -Ryan A.
