My service consultant is DaKari and he is AMAZING!

My service consultant is DaKari and he is AMAZING! I most appreciate his integrity and his honesty. He helps me to understand what my car needs, why and by when. There is never any pressure to get something done - and no dooms day speeches either. Just the facts and a huge amount of consideration for how costly it can be to repair a MB. At my most recent visit in Sept 2025 I had routine maintenance done, but DaKari unexpectedly took additional time to make sure I was receiving the best service from the dealership. I won’t go into details, just know that his CS remains top notch!!! The Catonsville location got a real one!

Do not trust this dealership for servicing or purchasing.

Do not trust this dealership for servicing or purchasing. They are not transparent and will do anything to swindle you. This last service was not only negligent, it was fraudulent. We were told by Chris Shall that it was normal for the temperature to got up rapidly to 3/4th of the way toward hot. Then I was told the following day, by a manager this is not normal. Then we were suggested to get a tire rotation even though we got one 2 months ago. The battery had low voltage we were told and needed to be replaced for over $800. But the reports on the battery record they gave me were all good. I took the car to a battery specialist and they tested the battery and it was 100% fine. The car was taken in around noon and it was not even looked at until the following morning. There seems to be a serious lack of respect for the customer and keeping trust at this location. To be told I need a service I just completed and then to be informed that it is needed again despite the car being used with limited mileage since the last service for tire rotation feels dishonest. Whats even worse us that I was told to replace a battery at the cost of almost $800 that did not need replacing. I used to rely on the this dealership, but feel something has changed. I feel like as an elderly customer, you are trying to take advantage of my trust in you, which you have just lost.
