Bought a 2018 C300 from this dealership. The service has been outstanding. My service advisor is Jackie, who always goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable in every way.

Car service.

My service was excellent. Nana was my advisor. He took care of me in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service. I really appreciated the car washing/cleaning. I was very unhappy with my previous advisor but Nana took over and did an excellent job.

The customer service was perfect.

The customer service was perfect. The service for my car was quick fast and efficient. Andre was my advisor and is always on top of his game. His customer service is excellent. The down side was, who ever worked on my car went through all the compartments and stole money that was in my arm rest. My arm rest was filled with coins worth over $100 and when I got my car back the coins were all gone. It’s nothing worst than a thief.

I was pleased that my appointment was right on time. I was provided a loaner . That was great. It helped me to get to my other errands. The staff was very professional. Everything was explained. On the overall, the service was great!

Terrible service.

I took my two thousand and fifteen mercedes ben's m l three fifty for an a service oil change now my Engine light is on My engine has a rumble to it when I'm driving It. My car was fine until I took it in for this service Any other time I took it in for this service It only took a few hours? To be completed. This time it took them A-day and a 1/2 to complete. The service And then. They? Give me a list of all these things that need to be done Terrible service

Wow the service is way better then used to be

My server ce manager is excellent service at this dealership has improved exponentially. There’s a reason why it’s always so crowded because of fair repair estimates and attention to customers
