Kelli Daniels did a phenomenal job assisting us with the purchase of our new Mini, from making us feel like old friends the first time we spoke on the phone, to greeting us like family when we arrived at the dealership to pick up our new Countryman. Called to make an appointment, phone operator put me on

Called to make an appointment, phone operator put me on hold to confirm they had all parts. Got to the shop and after 30m of waiting they told me they sent the required piece to Tacoma. Micheal told me they could get it back within a few hours just for him to later hand me a receipt and tell me it wouldn’t be there till next week and he would give me a call once arrived. Never got a call. Typically have good experience here but this time they really f’d up, makes me feel like i can’t trust coming back here.

My Family and I made a road of a total of 3500 miles just to make a sale with these guys, and we would definitely do it again, they made the experience worth while and stress free! Loved how great they were on communication and information! If I could give 10 starts we would!!!

Seattle Mini has been amazing to work with! I first bought my 2025 Mini Countryman from them, and when I recently needed to switch to a 7-seater, they made the whole process effortless. They gave me a fantastic trade-in offer and helped me find a well-maintained vehicle with similar mileage at a great price. Huge thanks to Kelli and Chris for their outstanding service — they were super helpful, transparent, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I bought my 4th Mini last week from Seattle Mini.

I bought my 4th Mini last week from Seattle Mini. I wanted to trade in my manual for an automatic. Ben, my wonderful salesman showed me around the lot but nothing caught my eye. Then he said he thought there might be one up on the roof that just came in. It was PERFECT! A new color - ocean wave green. Ben was great. He had the car ready for me by the end of the day. It only had 9 miles on it! As I said, this is my 4th Mini - all from Seattle Mini. I come from Eastern Washington, so it’s a little more than 3 hours to get to there, but it’s well worth it to come to a Legitimate dealer. They know how to service your car and keep it running well. I really trust them. . . And I always have a good experience when I am there. Ben, Dan and all the people working at Seattle Mini are professional and just plain “nice” . I wouldn’t go any other place. I love my Mini….. zoom zoom ;^)

Great experience buying our Mini.

Great experience buying our Mini. We live in area that doesn’t have a dealer. We did everything online. We drove five hours and met Mike our salesman. The car was clean and ready to go. It took about 45 minutes for Mike to go through all of the cars functions, software, setting up our smart key, etc. We drove it back home. This is our first Mini and I love the quality, power, and handling. I highly recommend Seattle Mini. Mike is a very nice and professional person. I would highly recommend him.

I had an excellent experience at Seattle MINI. Cosmin was knowledgeable and proactive in helping me through the process. Although the experience of test driving around the Lake City area is a bit congested, the staff at Seattle Mini made the experience of buying a Cooper a pleasant one. Cheers!
