Seattle Mini

Recently i had some routine maintenance done at Seattle Mini. I also was interested in upgrading my tires and Brian was very helpful answering my questions, ordering the tires and arranging the installation. I have not had the car very long and every time I have had a question about settings Brian and all of the service people have been friendly and responsive.

Seattle Mini did a great job finding a part called an oil filter housing gasket that was on the brink of failing. It wasn’t a cheap part because it was labor intensive, but I’m glad that they found it.

Seattle Mini is an outstanding dealership. The Service you receive is impeccable. The Service Attendant handled the transaction in a professional manner.

My car went in with one issue and came out 2 months later for something that should’ve take a day or 2 max with 5 more issues than it went in with! This was the absolute worst experience deal with a shop in my life!

Had my MINI serviced here recently after it started throwing multiple codes. Brian handled everything, explained the costs up front and gave me a chance to opt in or out, which I appreciated. I waited there and everything was fixed within a few hours. Thanks Brian and team! Also loved the video the mechanic provided during the service!

My third annual maintenance trip. It was easy to set up and as always I waited inside the dealership as the car went through the checks and tune ups. Appreciate the quick and efficient service!

I had a great experience working with Russell and the finance manager at Seattle Mini. Russell was extremely helpful throughout the entire process by being knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. The financing portion was also surprisingly easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I foundMichael at seattle mini service to be very knowledgeable on what was available for my car and how long it would take and was very helpful in me planning how I was going to leave it overnight and accommodating for the that I Possiblywasn’t going to be able to get there the day that it was gonna be available Also, I had said how much I miss having my car vacuumed out Before Covid had stopped that service and when I picked up my car, it was vacuumed. I was so happy.

Cosmin was a great sales person. He knew the vehicle inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions. Pricing was fair, so no need for haggling. I would highly recommend Cosmin and Seattle MINI!
