Professional Staff
I had a wonderful salesperson named Jorge Pineiro. He was friendly courteous & worked swiftly. Also, a young woman named Renatta Wilson was extremely helpful & had a wonderful & professional attitude. Overall the experience was professional & very happy with purchase. However, I have bought many cars & was. never given one with leas rhan half a tank of gas, no mats, & no car manual. I realize this was a used car purchase but those things should've been discussed. Also, be aware of exorbitant dealership fees that are well above even new car dealership fees. They will not negotiate price AT ALL. Staff are lovely & professional & again worked swiftly but buyer beware of above kelly blue book values & high fees.
