Georgetown Auto Sales

Emailed twice about same vehicle, never received any follow up by phone or email period.

I was in the market to purchase a Toyota Tundra. I found a great match at Georgetown Auto Sales and went for the deal. I live in Arizona so we had to navigate buying from out of state. I chose a truck and paid for it on a Monday. I received paperwork for the truck on Wednesday, which I completed and sent back on Thursday. On Friday, I found a local deal for the same truck at a much better price. The truck had not been shipped yet and was still at the dealership. In fact, the truck didn't ship until the following Tuesday. I asked if I could cancel the purchase so I could save a lot of money (money which I explained I needed due to a growing family). I offered to sacrifice the doc fee or come to some other terms where they could keep some of the purchase amount because I would still save money on doing so. I was met with no flexibility or compassion. I spoke with the general manager, Clint, who would not take ownership of the fact that he could have cancelled the deal, still made money on me, and could still sell the truck to someone else! I asked for compensation on the shipping charges in lieu of not cancelling the purchase. I was told no and there was nothing they could do. At this point, all I was looking for was for Clint to take ownership of the fact that he could have cancelled the deal but chose not too. He had zero sympathy or empathy for the position I was in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone as they prioritize making money over being caring human beings.

This is my second time purchasing with Georgetown Auto Sales. I called 2 weeks ago with questions about getting into another vehicle. Mr. Brian Adkins was very helpful with assisting me. I came in on today and he was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted same year, make and model. Mr. Bryon Adkins customer services skills was outta this world. He was very patient and pleasant thanks again Mr. Bryon and the Gtown Auto family

This is our 3rd vehicle from GAS. We wouldn't go anywhere else. All of the guys are awesome but Brian has really gone out of his way for us and we know we would never get that customer service at another place. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to do whatever they can to make us happy. We really appreciate all of the help we have received from them and we look forward to doing business with them in the future because WE WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! We are customers for life. I purchased a SUV today and had the best salesman who made sure my needs was met. Hats off to Ted McPheeters salesmen of the month in my book for making my dreams come true. Sold us a truck we wanted. So next day took off work go to bank get money.. Got the CHECK in hand. On the way to CAR Lot. And he calls and tells ME the truck was sold yesterday. AFTER we made sure the truck was not sold. Not Good Business I would take business elsewhere.
