Went in for routine service. Entire staff was friendly and courteous. Service was performed in a timely manner. Had no issues at all with my visit. Jessica Santana was especially friendly and professional. Answered the few questions I had to my complete satisfaction. Will continue to have my Santa Fe serviced with Star Hyundai.

The maintenance service was performed and recall item fixed within the 2 hours stated. Pleasant , comfortable waiting room with TV and free coffee. Courteous and professional associates. Though I am still waiting for a call regarding the all weather mats (that I was supposed to receive when I initially picked up my car last year) , that the manager said he was ordering for me.

Advisor Mr.Kim is very knowledgeable and explains about issues in detail and timely manner. He is very organized and eager to resolve any issues I bring. I cannot think of any better service whenever after being taken care by him. This service shop is overall very good place with good service.
