I don’t know what kind of business they are runnin
My experience is horrible. It’s been 3 months now still no ride no car to drive. They say it was a simple fix but sure is taking way longer than I thought. Too much talk and no action. Sound like a scammer, just want your money and run. They will say what you want to hear and turn around and lie and lie. Excuse after excuses. Not an honest dealership from my opinion. Still waiting on my car. Got parts yet? It was my mistake to shop there. Thought everything was going good till the car had to be in the Mechanic shop. Everything went down hill from there. Are you going to fix the car or you not? If not just refund my money. Stop making things hard on people. All I want is my car fixed and returned to me asap. It don’t take 3 months to get parts for a simple fix.

There was major damage to the rear frame that was not disclosed. I’ve tried to talk to the owner but no response. The salesman had told me the vehicle was fully repaired from an accident that damaged the rear. The bumper with receiver hitch is extremely dangerous if I were to pull a trailer. Only 2 bolts out of 6 holding it in place. The frame is so damaged the other 4 bolts can’t be installed. The salesman appeared to be surprised when I told them about the severe damage that was not fully repaired.

Inquired about a Honda Ridgeline that was on Cars.
Inquired about a Honda Ridgeline that was on Cars.com., the dealer offered no carfax so they send me a link to check out the truck—- the info. showed no accidents, seemed fishy —- i was assured the title was clean. I ran a carfax and the truck was a total bought from an insurance company —- very dishonest —- buyer beware !!!

International Junkyard sales
It is a Junk Yard, they don't even pass the vacuum machine on those pieces of junk, they want your money with out spend a penny on their side, the same way they bring the vehicles from the auction, is the same way they offered to the customer, stinky smells ,dust and dirt everywhere, and even if you ask if they are going to cleaned out or if they are going to replace a broken mirror, they say{you can do it, is only 49 dollars} shameless people, don't even waste your time they dont worth your interest ,they are a junk like the cars they sale.

DEALER FRAUD - STAY AWAY
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. Purchased a vehicle from them and was guaranteed by 3 different individuals (Sean the Owner, John the Sales Manager, & Mr.Panama the Salesman) that the vehicle has a CLEAN title and NO ACCIDENTS. I asked several times for a vehicle history report and they all brushed it off, never giving me one, and kept saying the same thing: "It's a clean title with no accidents!" Finally John referred to the cargurus website to "prove" that it was a clean title with no accidents. Both their dealer website and cargurus say the same thing. Running my own vehicle history report using the VIN revealed that insurance had deemed the vehicle a TOTAL LOSS that year and International Auto Sales bought it at insurance auction, fixed it at their auto shop down the street, & presented it as clean title vehicle with no accidents. Textbook dealer fraud that could lose them their license. They never disclosed that information. Make sure to RUN A VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT before buying, so you don't get scammed. There are free ones on carsforsale.com if you can't afford CarFax. All of the BAD REVIEWS on Google and other websites are there for a reason. STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible
Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Drove 40 minutes from Flower Mound twice for a car the dealership knew 4 days in advance I was coming to look at. Was told the day I got in that they loaned it out to someone and that they will have the car back on Monday. So I told them I would be back on Tuesday. We show up Tuesday morning and guess what, they can't get the vehicle back. No communication, no organization, no leadership. Stay away and look for your vehicle elsewhere. That's all I can say.

Bait and Switch
I called about a specific truck they had listed online. They said they had the vehicle at the lot and I could view it. My wife and I travel across Dallas during evening rush hour traffic to see the truck and were told when we arrived that it was at another lot and then, after the guys conferred a bit, that it had sold. Big waste of our time. I continued to see the truck advertised so my wife called and asked if it was available and was told it was. She explained she was asking because she didn’t want to drive across town and find out they didn’t have it. They hung up on her. She called back and asked another person who answered. They said then that it had just sold She explained that it was funny, we had tried to view it two weeks earlier and were told it had just sold,. “John” said that it had been returned by those previous buyers and put back up for sale. He had no explanation for why they didn’t call us after it was “brought back”. We had left our number. Hmmmm We won’t be back and I’d advise others to proceed with caution That truck is still for sale by the way. Still a great deal too.

CROOKS!! DO NOT TRUST THEM.
This dealer is run by fraudsters. I contacted them about a car, went there to see it and it had and it had a lot of exterior damages not shown in the picture. They said they would fix the problems but they didn’t. They told me to come pick up the car after i have put down a deposit but when i asked if the fix the damages they said no. I’ve been calling them to get my deposit back and they aren’t picking up. I will be taking them to court. Please stay away from these guys. If you look at their reviews in Google there are lots of complaints about them doing the same thing to everybody

Mercedes man
I went there to test drive a car that I saw online which looked absolutely fabulous but when I got there it was dirty and didn’t look like the same car that I saw online. So I just left without test driving it because it wasn’t something that I even wanted to participate in.

Poor Customer Service, Fair Price, Many car issues
Bought a truck with decent miles. Truck was not as good as advertised. Had lots of broken trim pieces, engine light was on, missing parts. Truck ran like it had 200,000 miles on it but was a hard truck to find. Process took forever because John the salesman was lazy and not the most helpful person. Went in pre qualified though Westlake financial services and this should of been quick process instead him and the manager slapped on higher number making it all longer to ge it settled. These people are liars, and hustlers. But some cars are decent looking.
