Tried to get information on a car. And when the "sales" manager called me he was very rude right off the start instead of having good customer service. After that, I did not want to do business with this place. If you are looking for rude customer service this is your place. Would not recommend. And on top of that, instead of trying to help me out after the rude phone call, his office person decided to call me names on Facebook messenger because I said I would be taking my business somewhere else. I mean this just shows the level of professionalism this place displays. Jon the "sales" manager is a joke. If you value spending your hard earned money on a vehicle, please don't go here. You can find better customer service at a kids lemonade stand.

I always ask for Leo or Mike Davis Leo is the best salesman and Mike Davis is an awesome financerYou will get the best deals here I have a room and they work with you no matter whatI struggle with my credit and I was still approved to get in the vehicle

I am buying a car from them gave them all the necessary paperwork several times. Got things fixed on the car. I called to make my first payment and the finance company said they bought the contract back... when I called the dealership they acting like they didnt know what was going on. I still havent heard anything and it's a whole nother day. They are very rude and hang up on people. I will NEVER recommended this place to anyone...

They will waste your time, they don't care how far you live, you have been warned!!! Read reviews!!! They made me waste my time drove 7 hours away to be told the car was auctioned off because they did not believe I would come!!!

Worst car buying experience in my years of purchasing....the vehicles are dirty inside and unkept- lots of lemons, that’s what you’ll be buying...John Shaw was knowledgeable and informative, seek a reputable dealership....no issue w/test dr. After the purchase ended up a lemon �� not happy at all ..

Don’t buy from this place. The owner is a lying As$h0/e. Even had it in writing that they owed me a radio. BUT the owner screwed me. All for less than $300. Don’t let yourself get screwed. Buy somewhere else

Saw the ad on True Cars.com. Sales contact was Cody "Crooked Cody" I contacted him 3 day before I went there and was told that the car was available, texted him the same morning to let him know that I'm coming to take the car. Drove 1 and a half hrs to pay cash and get it, my husband had to take 3 hrs no pay leave to go there and back, only to hear that the car was given to another customer who had a breakdown. They should tell these stories to xxxxxxx. They'er scammers please don't believe them. They advertise low prices just to get you there and then try to sell you another car. People with no integrity.

They had terrible consumer service I had to wait & ask for help because they wouldn?t pay attention I end up buying a car but they never gave a total until I sign all the paperwork I wouldn?t recommend to anyone to buy a car there they didn?t gave me a manual for my car they told me to buy it also told me to buy a second pair of keys car was dirty from the inside I had it to wait couple of hours for them to clean it
