It was a descent experience. Although I went looking at a Dodge Grand caravan, I ended up purchasing a Town and country. Can't complain and probably visit them again.

Impressive lot, friendly staff, firm on price but cant argue, the cars condition speaks for itself. I would recommend if you see a car show on this lot to check it out. Very pleased with my purchase, interaction and time used.

This place sucks
DON'T EVEN BOTHER. Went there to buy a car and left wanting to toss a brick. After going through the whole process (picking the car, negotiating a deal, agreeing on a price, test driving the car, NEGOTIATING A FINAL PURCHASE PRICE, and then pulling the paperwork) they pulled the last second "Oh yeah my intern actually marked the sticker price wrong. It was actually supposed to be this price".. It was obviously for much more money... So seriously, don't even waste your time. All the cars look cheap, they all come with a cool story, and the same intern logs all the prices. You know the deal.

Added costs needed
Buying process was easy. Was told it was a great vehicle. However vehicle purchased had issues. My mechanic informed two bent wheels that needed replacement and radio stopped working three days after purchase. Called and was told warranty would not cover so significant additional costs for the vehicle.

Do not buy a car from this place! Brought a car from here within 6 months a C convertor and wheel barrier took it back and wanted to charge me 600 never the f again u have been warned

Car was/is a lemon.
My wife & I bought a 2003 Honda Element from this group in July. It looked great in the photos, but within 1 week of delivery we discovered: it needed rear brakes - a front tire had a bubble on the inside that made the car unsafe to drive, it had to be replaced - it had a major oil leak that had to be addressed - 3 of the 4 seat belts were so badly chewed by a dog that they had to be replaced - the radio never worked & they were zero help in fixing the error code - I replaced the radio. The total cost for all was over $1,500 - I kept the cost down by doing the radio & seatbelts myself, otherwise it would have been over $2,000. They had to know of most of these issues - stay away from these con artists. I have bought many cars from dealers & NEVER was treated like this.
