48.000 Mile Service

As in the past, a very positive experience at the service department. I had scheduled a 48K service and was advised there was also a warranty recall on the vehicle. When I pulled into the service bay, I was immediately greeted by the Service Advisor, Sarah Harper. She was pleasant, helpful and professional. While I was waiting she kept me updated on not only the routine service but the warranty repair and the amount of time that would be required to complete the process. She was also very informative about the specifics of the warranty recall. I have now owned my Outback for 5 years and have had continuously positive interactions with the entire staff at Miller South Towne. Based on my experience I continue to refer friends who are looking to buy a new car to the dealership.

Everything was ready when I arrived

The ascent I was looking at online was ready when I arrived. I decided to go with a different trim level, and they found one in the same color and had it ready for me when I finished. As always, it was a great experience purchasing a car through Mark Miller. I even walked away with a better price than I was hoping for.

Quick, courteous service

I had a Subaru recall matter requiring attention. Appointment scheduling was quite easy. On the day of my appointment I was met by a service attendant who had all of my vehicle information in hand. Withing an hour I was ready to go--washed car and all.

Customer-Service Oriented Staff

Mark Miller Subaru has a customer-service oriented staff. I unfortunately broke the housing on the passenger side view mirror while backing my Crosstrek out of my garage and trying to avoid the snow blower. The replacement part was ordered. I received a call and got an appointment the following day to have the part installed. Xavier greeted me when I arrived and even called an Uber when he could not locate their shuttle driver. In less than a week, my orange Crosstrek looked as good as new! Thanks, Corey Carroll for installing the part. Thanks, Xavier Cribbs and Mark Miller Subaru for an excellent experience.

Very good!

I was very happy with the customer service and everyone I worked with. You have a system with no negotiations which can be good knowing all of the cost up front. Although its always nice to get a little better price than when we started. In the transaction of the paperwork...I was a little disappointed when I was approached with all of the extra insurance coverage that was offered when I already pay a ton of insurance already. That was the only thing that worried me and made me wonder about the quality of the Subaru. Overall it was a very streamlined experience along with no pressure! I'm sure I will be very happy with my new car! Thank you! Ann
