Best car service experience ever!

Driver came to my house to pick it up my Outback for service and dropped off a nice loaner, then returned later with my car.

Carlos comes to the rescue

I had called in to make arrangements to have a hitch installed on my Outback. I was told I could have a pickup with a loaner. Sounded great. Then I received a series of emails all saying that I needed to drop off my car. I called back and was told the emails were in error and I would have a pick up. Then the day before I got another message that I would need to do a drop off. When I arrived I thought we should check on the hitch to be sure it was there in parts. It was not. At this point I was starting to get really irritated. Carlos said he would take care of me and started making phone calls. He said I would get a call when the hitch came in and then I could make arrangements for the car, drop off or pick up. After a week or two, I called in. The hitch had arrived the week before but no one called. I called to get my car in and I told Carlos. He was apologetic for the poor service but said he would make it up to me in the pricing. He gave me a good discount and so I told him I would not say more about it to him. You need to keep him.

Thank you Chad

Came in for an oil change and to replace a fog light cover that had fallen off. Long story short - part ordered, confirmed but not there when I arrived from out of state.. During my three hour wait - Chad made sure to check on me every step of the way. Great employee. Great representation of your company’s service department. Made a bad situation better by his personality and his passion to make things right. Thank you.

Todd is Amazing!

From start to finish Todd did an amazing job! He made us knowledgeable about the 3 different cars we wanted to test drive and choose for ownership. super easy buying experience. Told them what we wanted. Danee looked it up, found it on the lot. Test drive. Loved it. Then went through the financial process. Very smooth no hassle purchase.
