Our experience was great. We didn’t have an appointment but were meet by the friendly staff and helped straight away. Even though our requirements were a bit unusual our rep was helpful and never once tried to get us to buy something we didn’t want. We recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Outstanding support from the Service Department
Carlee Blankens gave us outstanding support and followup when we brought our new Forester in to get our Clear Bra installed. We received excellent support from the concierge staff explaining all of the buttons and functions on our car.

I'm not dissatisfied with my repair, it was ultimately fixed correctly, but there were some miscommunications that caused me to have to bring my car back twice for the same repair. Despite this, the dealership made it easy for me by giving me a loaner car and arranging to drop the loaner car off and pick it up. Might I suggest a different call in system to get your car registered for repair? The person I spoke with argued with me about the fact that my car's seat belt was not malfunctioning. Given that I'd had my car for almost 3 years, and that this was NOT my first Outback, I was sure it was but she kept arguing with me. The Covid-Mania I'm sure had something to do with it but since it was ultimately fixed I'm good. Just thought I'd mention it.

Jason was very professional and anticipated our needs very well. Jason had 2 vehicles waiting that met our requirements. We actually selected one of them. Keith treated us very professionally and did not pressure us on any of the additional options. He presented them all, explained them well, allowing us to make our choices.
