We first identified the make and model desired, and found that this dealer had what we wanted at a fair price. The car was presented as-advertised, and the two identified repair needs were completed within minutes. The low rating for "Facilities" is due to my tripping over a guide wire on a temporary construction sign, and smashing my face on the pavement, badly. It would be one star except they quickly provided adequate first aid supplies. The high "customer Service" rating is due to their considerate response. A bloody and swollen-faced customer is not ideal, but I think we were equally pleased with the expeditious transaction. The first and hopefully last black eye I get buying a used car!

This was our third experience buying a used vehicle through a dealership (and we have had several private sales). BY FAR the best experience. Everything on the listing was as expected when we arrived. The salesperson, Steve, was informed and efficient. We were paying in full (no financing required) and we were in and out in 55 minutes including our test drive! No gimmicks and no hard sale. Highly recommend these guys.

My advice to any potential purchase is to pressure wash the car on your test drive. They used WD-40 to hide multiple scratches in the paint. My mistake. In addition, the fuel sending sensor failed as soon as I filled it up. It also needed NEW coil packs which I found out driving it home and not evident in a normal test drive. They polish the xxxx out of the car. Including the glass. The windshield was so pitted after washing it the 1st time that it is almost not drivable. Every used car sales trick in the book is used by them. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY WAY.

Was looking for a used Toyota Tacoma that had low mileage ( for a Tacoma ) jackpot found it here. There Team effort and management was from First Choice was excellent. It was great not having to deal with The Koons family and the rest of the big vulture dealers. Buying process was easy and painless. Even the paperwork and tag process was easy. This was an enjoyable experience. When we arrived, the vehicle that I had looked at online was available as advertised. Our salesman, Steve, was very helpful but not at all pushy. Although he was with another customer when we arrived, he gave us the keys to look at the vehicle we were interested in and after having a tag put on, to take it for a relaxed test drive. After we decided to purchase the vehicle, although they don't do finding, he helped to direct us in the most efficient way to obtain our own financing and allowed us to drive the me vehicle to apply and pick up the check. I chose to go to this dealer first because of their large selection of vehicles, particularly minivans and small SUVs. My wife and I are very happy with the vehicle and the sadness service we received.
