Everyone was very professional and laid back at the same time. Made it feel more like talking and dealing with good friends instead of a car dealer. We will be going back when we get my wife a new car. Will not be disappointed getting a vehicle from them.

After 4 failed attemps to get my car to pass NC inspection it was determined that the dealer Impex left a tracking device on the car that should have been removed by Impex during the initial sale. I contacted Impex and they refused to reimburse me my money. Derrick stated that I should have brought the car to them to have the device removed. I will not purchase another car from Impex.

They are easy to work with even out if state, and are really nice people

I have bought many vehicles out of state in my years. After choosing the vehicle I i wanted they raised the price almost $1000 which was for ELT and an installed LO JACK system that was not requested. The advertised price mentioned nothing about the vehicle being $1000 higher than advertised. Reading the reviews I see this has been done before. Shady things makes you wonder what else they are shady about. Would not trust them. They should read the laws of North Carolina.
