I bought an Audi A3 , excelent service by Rick Lanier. Rest of the staff was very professional and well trained. Car was as described and good price.

My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.

Casey was great to work with. He was attentive to what we wanted and got us the deal we were looking for. He made sure we were happy with our truck and wasn't just looking for a sale.

I bought a car end of February this year. For the first month it was in the shop getting multiple parts replaced. I'm going back tomorrow for further work. Bottom line: I was sold an "as-is" lemon that they clearly continued clearing codes on to avoid having to make the repairs themselves all to screw a customer over in the end. My last email to them in this debacle was sent March 18 and I'm still waiting for a response. All I'm seeking is compensation for the repairs they clearly shirked off, but even that seems too much to ask of them. Avoid them like the plague! I'll never do business with them again.

Got a great car at a fair price. Car looked in person as it did in photos. Trey was patient and helpful throughout the process which was very easy. Great facility and a nice vibe from the entire team.

Had to receive refund on a 2024 Malibu car like it was a T-shirt ..Bought car March 14th returned it for refund within 8-10 DAYS of having car wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.
