Ultimately, we did not buy the car...however, it's important to share this experience for anyone considering buying a car from a distance. I can only share on my experience up until making the final decision- but to this point, he was right there with me. Open, honest, clear communication. Photos, videos, oh my! Need a pre-purchase inspection- done! I chose the mechanic and Teryl delivered the vehicle! I must mention- calling around to different mechanics in the area to set up that PPI, I mentioned it was a vehicle at Impex and each one of them complimented the dealership! I called about 15 mecahnics...so let that shine some light on reputation. Teryl is the epitome of friendly and personalized service. My search continues- but I would whole-heartedly consider doing business with Impex in the future. If I do- I am going straight to this guy!
