I had been watching for a good deal on a used 4Runner for several months. When I saw the car Kingdom was offering, I called. Chris not only put the car on hold till I could get there, he did everything he could to make the purchase as smooth as possible. I got a great deal on a beautiful vehicle. I've been shopping for a new malibu for a few weeks and had submitted several pricing requests to some area chevy dealers and received several good offers but when i got to the other dealers either the car was mysteriously sold or the price would change. But everything was different at kingdom. When I arrived at the dealership the car was waiting inside for me and cleaned already. They honored their internet price without a haggle. I could have bought my new malibu anywhere but kingdom treated me like the intelligent consumer that I am. I just wish I would have known this before I wasted time at the other dealers

This was by far the the best car buying experience i've ever had. My salesperson was honest and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend everyone check them out. I had less than perfect credit due to this rough economy the last few years. I had gone to other chevy dealers in the suburbs and was treated like I was a bad person just because I had previous problems. The sales manager sean even went as far as finding me the exact vehicle I wanted at another location and brought it their location for me. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.

I saw a Toyota Echo on Cars.com as an internet special and was willing to travel to Chicago to get it for my daughter. I sent them an email requesting a photos of the car, but instead I got several calls and emails for nothing, my request was not met. All in all what I derived from my contact with this dealership is that those internet specials without picture are done to entice you to their facility, so they can sale you something else. All the sales people that called me stated that they will send me photos either on my phone or through email, but never got a single photo other than advertisements that I sent to my Junk mail folder. So be careful, if you leave far away and they don't send you photos of a car you are interested in, just don't bother wasting your time. If they can't be honest or follow through with their promise of sending simple photos, just imagine what will happen if you deal with them in person.

Love my new equinox from kingdom chevy. They made so easy and I had fun during the whole process. They beat everyone's price and got me a super low interest rate. The best thing was there was no long negotiations or going back and forth for hours. The place was a little dusty since they are going through renovations but they more than made up for it with the way I was treated. If your looking for a new chevy you definitely owe it to yourself to check out kingdom it was worth the drive for me to get a great deal and be treated like a friend
