I shopped online for a few weeks and narrowed it down to a used altima. Kingdom had the lowest prices by far. I emailed for a price quote and got a response within 10 minutes from joe wolfe. He explained all the pricing and financing options and scheduled me to come in to the dealership. Once I arrived my vehicle was inside waiting for me and at the price I was quoted. The whole process was so smooth and painless.

I started off with a cobalt and I just leased a new malibu which was my ultimate goal and kingdom helped me accomplish that. My salesperson rabil was helpful every step of the way.

I needed to have some repairs done my vehicle and have found the internet department at Kingdom Chevrolet to be one of the most amiable and helpful customer service departments I have interacted with. They are always pleasant. I left my house keys in the car by mistake and could not get into my home. I called back and John in the internet department answered the call. I was very abrupt with him but he remained calm, located my keys and held them until I returned to pick them up. I appreciated his friendly attitude when mine was not so pleasant. AG

This dealer is a rip off; I drove from Wisconsin because they had a great price on a Malibu. I talked to a sales person over the phone for 2 weeks before I visited the dealer. I went filled out a credit application. I talked to a sales man by the name of Ron he told me my application was approved for 15,000. The next week I came back with my down payment when I walked in Ron looked surprised to see me. He made me wait for for 30 minutes. Finally he came back and said there was a problem with my application we have to pick out another car. I was pissed, but I picked out a lower year Malibu. I signed the paper work an went home. So a month passed and I didn't receive paper work from my finance company so I called the dealership. I called for 2 weeks no one returned my calls finally Ron called and said I had to bring the car back the finance company they used doesn't finance Wisconsin residents. I told them I wasn't bringing the car back they would have to come get it they wasted my time. Luckily I only put down $700. I gave them the run around for another month or so they finally sent someone to come and get the car. I don't know how they are still in business. They have 61 BBB complaints. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there. SO BUYERS BEWARE.

Very good experience, my salesperson shane was very helpful and took his time with me on my first purchase. The price was great and the car was in great shape.

Found a car on cars.com and went to check it out and fell in love with a jeep wrangler. They have so many cars at kingdom which makes it nice you dont have to go shopping at a bunch of dealers. It seems like they have every make and model. Great experience and the staff was helpful and courteous

I saw that they had a great selection of certified chevys so i decided to make the drive down to kingdom. They had all of there certified cars in the showroom so it made it easy to look at them with the bad weather. The salesperson dan was very helpful and explained what the certified process and warranty entailed. I was very happy with my car and the great service at kingdom chevy

Took my vehicle in the first time because of radio,front end noise and missing when engine running. Ended up putting a hub cap on the wheel saying that was the problem with the wheel,charging me $145.00 for cleaning the fuel system saying that was why the engine was missing and ordered a radio. No one called me to tell me the radio was in it took almost 3 weeks to get it replaced because when I inquired about it they had sent it back stating they couldn't get in touch with me. Now I'm back for the radio, and the other pre existing problems are still there so now they want to charge a $70.00 fee to have a tech drive the vehicle to diagnose the noise in the front end if its not covered under warranty I mean REALLY!!!!! what a rip off. I'm so done with kingdom Chevrolet.

Rahbel Ramon is the best salesperson there! hands down! If you ever want to buy a car from them, deal with him, he has excellent customer service and is very kind and considerate, like your apart of his family! I will def be going back! and referring everybody to him!
