I saw a car I was interested in on cars.com for this dealer. I sent numerous email inquiries asking questions, but never received a response from anyone... at the dealership. Instead I received a form email advertising more vehicles. If this dealer is serious about internet customers, they will need to designate someone to respond to queries, else it seems they just don't care.
Purchased a pre-owned Volvo XC90 from Anderson's and it was a breeze. They took care of us and were easy to deal with, wonderful service. Thanks!
Anderson Motors got our son a great deal on a used truck and then went the extra mile to arrange for delivery to the military base where he is stationed.... We couldn't have been more satisfied. Highly recommend this company that cares about their customers.
As much as you can enjoy buying a car, I enjoyed the process here. Everyone was very pleasant, straightforward and helpful. They let me keep the car overnight... before buying, so my mechanic could check it out, and made the minor repairs with no fuss. If you're looking for a good used car at a fair price, go here.
Went to dealer. Test drove car. Negotiated best price despite ridiculously high dealer fee. Was told dealer fee is simply additional profit. Was told by... dealer and their mechanic car was in "fine" condition. Went back next day to buy car. Took car to independent mechanic to verify car was in "fine" condition and paid them over $100 for assessment. . Car needed front and rear brakes as well as other things for about $1K. Dealer said mechanic just trying to make money off me which is impossible as the mechanic knew I didn'town the car and was just looking for potential issues. Dealer said that since I had negotiated so well that there was nothing they could do except sell me the car as is. No way, I am not a fool and would never willingly be taken advantage of by these folks. SHADY!!
We do our best to sell "good cars". We do not advertise "perfect cars". All of our cars are pre-inspected by our technician for safety. This partic...ular Subaru was deemed "acceptable". Apparently an outside technician had a different opinion. It is extremely difficult to locate & sell cars for $5000. If we make it "perfect", then it no longer is a $5000 car. Since then, someone else took that same car to a mechanic, and bought it. It appears different technicians have different opinions. Call the Dealer Fee what you will. We don't hide it, and is listed on our website. In this case, customer wanted to negotiate Dealer Fee into sales price, but the numbers didn't work. Just like any potential buyer has the option to walk away from a deal, we have the option to refuse an offer. Which we did. That's SHADY?
We had an amazing experience here. It was nothing like a normal used-car dealership. They were so nice and did not pressure us at all. I would recommend... this place to anyone.
this dealer never call me back or send me a email about the car I looking for ,I call the dealer for the car and said ok ill call you in about 20 minutes... ,I waiting yet the call 7 day after ,bad very bad
No excuse for that. Sincerest apologies.
My husband and I went to this Car dealer Anderson Motor to see a car that we were interested, We wanted to finance the car and they,re so supported and... they help us and any way they could in order for us to buy the car. The price was right, the handling of deals was just what we needed and they try to help us with all the detail. I personally would recommend this car dealer.
small dealer, pre-owned only. but high quality, mid price range. cool garage. very easy to deal with, no pressure.
