    My wife and I recently went to Davis Honda to purchase the 2017 Accord Sport and Peter Shin assisted us in the sale. Peter greeted us outside before we entered and was nothing but classy and professional throughout the day. He knew everything we needed to know about the car which made it comfortable in our decision and he was very detailed with the way he helped us in getting the best deal possible. He was very patient with us and that meant a lot. If you are looking for a car go to Davis Honda and see Peter Shin believe me, you will not walk away unsatisfied.

    I am disappointed with the customer service I have received from the dealer regarding unpaid toll while driving one of the loaned cars. While I realize that I am at fault for not using my EZ pass from my car while it was being repaired at the dealer, there is absolutely no reason why the dealer has never notified me of the unpaid toll and I had no chance to pay for it before it was send to collection agency. To make matters worse I have asked the dealer to notify me once they receive the fine so I cold pay for it right away. I was told it would not be a problem and that they will let me know once the receive the fine. The dealers customer service members have never called me or send me any type of notice. Instead they have send the fine to collection agency. In my opinion that is a very poor customer care and I will be taking my business to another dealer from now on.

    Davis has exactly the car I've been looking for for several months. After initially speaking with Sarah who was very helpful I called 5 different times and never had a single call back. I immediately returned Petes call and waited on hold for over 20 minutes and nobody helped me. I finally hung up. I made two more calls and three email responses to their computer generated sales garbage piping how wonderfully poor service they have and never received any personalized reply. Just computerized Happy Talk. So I just bought a new Mini Countryman last night at my local dealership. No wonder you've been sitting on your so long.

    Over the years, I have bought numerous automobiles, both new and used, this was the best experience ever. This is my 2nd car purchasing experience with Davis Honda. The salesman, Joe Troutman, was knowledgeable, patient, respectful and helpful. He did not use any high pressure tactics. He explained everything and was able to assist me in obtaining a reasonable price for my new car payments. This car has a lot of new technology. Mr. Troutman setup the Bluetooth technology for my cellphone, the driver's seat technology, adjusted my trunk door suitable to my height. He demonstrated the many features to enable me to feel comfortable with the car. I felt that he was very trustworthy and of very high integrity. Mr. Troutman represents the highest standard for car salesmen. I definitely recommend purchasing a car from Davis Honda, specifically Joe Troutman. Finance Officer Caitlin was also excellent to work with. Numerous people at Davis Honda shook my hand and congratulated me on my purchase. Every encounter that I have had at Davis Honda has been warm, friendly, and inviting.

    They seemed nice but they just wanted to make the sale. We didn't agree on the price so I left. The salesman called and left a message two days later and seemed to read off a script. I called back and left a message and replied with an email to the same sales person the same day and I never heard anything back. I believe the car I was looking at sold, but no follow up to see if I was interested in anything else.
