Over priced ball joints

Brought my Ford F-150 to Feeny Ford for an alignment Dec. 09 2019. Received a phone call from the service manager saying that the ball joints and lower control arms both, (left and right side) were bad and needed to be replaced. I asked how much it would cost and she replied $700.00 which included parts and alignment. I knew for a fact that the parts would be cheap so I went to pick up my truck and Feeny Ford charged me $52.00 just to look at my truck. And they were stern on the repair price and also told me that my truck was unsafe to drive untill it gets fixed. After that they acted like I wasn't there and basically stuck their noses up in the air at me. After that I went home and called a local mom and pop repair shop near by and they looked at my truck, the shop manager said all I needed was two ball joints and an alignment. Which would cost me $330.00, instead of the $700.00 Feeny Ford would of charged me. So from here on out I'm taking my truck to that mom and pop repair shop, they treated me like a human being from the start and understood what I needed fixed, rather than being treated like crap and bullied into paying for something.

Do not use this dealership!

I contacted this dealership to put an offer in on a car and was told I could not. When I asked if it was officially sold, I was told it was not. So, I said please call me and let me know and was told I would be contacted between an half hour to an hour. After several hours I called to find out that it was sold to an employee!! I took time off work to get a jump on this, it was only told “We take care of our employees” I dealt mainly with the supervisor, and refused to give me his bosses name, only stating “it would be referred back to me anyways.”

Ford F-350 Transmission Issues

My truck was still covered by warranty and I kept having transmission issues. The truck went in to the dealership approx. 7 times for the same issue. The last time in, the truck transmission was repaired and have not had an issue since. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and kept at it until it was running correctly. I am very satisfied!!

FEENY Ford, Tom Walker

Tom contacted me to keep me informed on the Flex I was interested in. However, the Flex didn't feel right once we got to drive it. Oh No! We looked at other vehicles until we found a brand New Ecosport 2018! Major legroom for front seats, peppy engine, AWD, rebates galore, moonroof and many features make driving exciting again.

2019 ford f-350

Top notch experience from start to finish. Love the feel of the old home town dealership and professional staff. That is why I chose to drive 60 miles to purchase my new truck , instead of the BIG BOX STORE dealership next door to my business. Plus have had friends who have had vehicles serviced there with great reviews.
