Their customer service is top notch to other BMW dealers I have been to and I have since taken my service and sales business here and have leased my past two vehicles with Fields Auto Group. This is the worst dealership you can deal with in my opinion and the owner Dan Fields is a joke. They lied to me about the condition of a car. They are the typical used car salesman. Plenty of other companies to use. I have seen the many bad reviews and do not be their next victim, be smart and look elsewhere.

I emailed the dealership after finding the car online. Tom called me back and the next day I drove out of state to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and put a down payment on it. Tom was helpful with getting the accessories installed that I wanted. I came back a week later and the car was ready to go. The dealership allowed me to park in an area of the showroom so that I could install a temporary paint protection film on the front of the car for the drive home. Tom followed up with me a week later. Excellent customer service.

We shopped three other local car dealers tying to find a car that would hit criteria for our aging mother before we landed at Fields. It was a good Goldilocks experiment. One dealer felt a little slick, one felt a bit uninterested in helping, the third just didn’t hit the mark somehow. We went to Fields just to have a quick look. We were met with several very helpful staff that answered all our questions right away and let us know that they had any info we might need and very much wanted to help. And it worked. We got an excellent deal on a loaner model that was a great price and had every option we were after. It was hands down the best feeling dealership in terms of helpful staff willing.to listen and inform. the ‘geniuses’ were really great.
