Asked about the incredibly low miles on the car. Was told it "may" be a mistake?? Asked to follow up and let me know the outcome of the this concern and heard NOTHING back

Vehicles way to over priced seriously pay over 34 k for a vehicles that has 95,00 miles. Sales pitch because has aftermarket parts can jump price up that only a fool would pay for stay clear is my recommendation.

I emailed and called them about a car they had on Monday. They said it was not on the lot yet and we were the 1st to ask about it. They then said they would call us as soon as it arrived probably on Wednesday. Waited and waited no calls then I called on the following Saturday and they had sold it to someone else that morning. They said they got it in on Friday and that buyer was waiting on Saturday morning for it. Why wasn’t I called? I don’t know I would have been there if they had called and purchased the car. If you want to get a car from don’t trust them over the phone.

Jeffrey was very nice and made the whole car buying experience quick and painless. He also found us a great interest rate and gave us a very reasonable amount for our trade in.

I thought this was going to be a quick and easy purchase, I was wrong. I drove 3.5 hours to this dealership under the impression that there were no issues with this vehicle. I asked if there were any issues and also brought up specific concerns with this type of vehicle. I was never told of any issues, but was provided with some pictures I requested, and a carfax report. The moment I arrived, I noticed that the vehicle was very dirty, and had been sitting for at least a week in that same spot, if not longer. I then went in and was greeted by Jeff, who had no idea I would be stopping by on this day (17FEB2018). He apologized for it being dirty and handed me the key to go drive the vehicle. Prior to startup, I inspected the vehicle a small amount, and opened the hood to check engine oil, and try to find any leaks or damage. I found that the battery was loose in its spot, due to the hold down being loose. There was a rubber grommet hanging by the firewall that very clearly had a spot for it on the firewall, which I put back in place. I pulled the engine oil dipstick and found that the oil was hardly registering on the dipstick. I went in and informed Jeff that it was barely registering, and that it would probably need more than one quart. Jeff did not know what brand, weight, or type of oil was in the engine. Jeff had me jump into another vehicle on the lot to go pick up oil from a carquest down the road. I picked up two quarts of conventional oil (Found that it takes 5w-30 online, verified by carquest employee.) and came back and put the full two quarts into the engine. I started the engine up and heard what I consider a ticking/clacking noise from the power steering pump. After coming back from the test drive, I check the transmission fluid level and saw that it was about a quart low. I parked the vehicle and as I locked it using the power lock button, I noticed that the front passenger lock switch did not actuate along with the pressing of the button. I found that it was loose, and not connected to any bar; the switch just went back and forth with ease. I'll be honest, after driving 3.5 hours, finding low engine oil, low transmission fluid level, loose battery, power steering pump, and the inoperable lock switch, I was pretty upset, and he could tell. I expressed my concern on all these issues, and reiterated that I drove the 3.5 hours for a vehicle that I thought was going to have no issues. He simply stated "well then, don't buy it" perversely. It was at this point I just decided to leave. I sent an email inquiring as to when my reservation amount would be refunded to my checking account, to which I received a call from Jeff that went to voicemail stating it would be completed monday. He also apologized for the issues, and made suggestions that could have made the experience better, as if they were going to help me or the company at this point. He stated this is not the way they usually do business, but to me, and every other potential customer that has had a poor experience, it's the only way business was done. I personally won't ever be going back to Premier Picks Auto Sales, even if I lived minutes away.

Jeff treated me with great integrity and handled the process of buying the car in a fair manner. I had to drive 4 hours to pick up the car and he assured me that it would be held until I could test drive it. As fair and ethical as I've been treated by a dealer.
