5 star experience at Gateway Subaru! Dave was pleasant and so easy to work with. He made the entire purchasing process (which can be extremely daunting) simple and quick. Highly recommend working with him!

Just spent a few days looking at 2026 Outbacks. Wow! And the salesman, Joe Kostecki (WV Joe) did an absolute fantastic job helping me out — knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and overall Subaru expert. Of course I bought the car!!! No annoying sales techniques, no pressure, no games. A very pleasant experience that made the buying process smooth & painless!!! The sales manager actually stopped by to introduce himself, just to say hello & not squeeze me on a purchase. Everyone I met there was smiles & handshakes. Absolutely the right choice — the salesman Joe, the dealership & of course, my new Outback !!!!!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Gateway Subaru. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and without any pressure. Steve Dengler was great to work with on the sales side—very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He made sure all of our questions were answered and helped us feel confident in our decision. Jennifer Duncan in finance was equally impressive. She explained everything clearly, made the process quick and straightforward, and ensured we were comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to us was how smooth and transparent the entire process was. It made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy. We’re very happy to now be part of the Gateway Subaru family and would highly recommend this dealership. Be sure to ask for Steve and Jennifer—they’re fantastic to work with.

Joe from West Virginia he was a used car guy at Gateway Subaru at Gateway Subaru. Let me tell you this guy‘s fantastic now he does he go over the vehicle with you. He shows you two times or three times if it takes it, he’s very good at work with he won above in his beyond his experience. I think he did a remarkable job some selling me my 2014 Subaru Subaru Forrester. I have love this car and he made it happen. he never disappointed me my family or my brother from the time we went in from the time we left we were just greeted with happiness thank you Joe from West Virginia. I will keep and tell everyone about you what a terrific guy you are.
