I really like this dealership. From the ease of purchasing my new Crosstrek & getting it serviced. Great communication with them concerning anything they notice while doing simple maintenance. The staff is courteous, understand & always asking if I need anything. It’s a real pleasure when I go.

Everyone at the dealership was extremely professional and courteous. They explained the entire process to me, and approximately how long it would take. Their waiting area is clean and it provides you with drinks and snacks while you wait. I will continue to use Gateway going forward. I was new to the area and have used Gateway twice now and I am glad I did!

Janet sold us a 2025 Forester this week. It will be our 3rd Forester. This one has a lot more to learn than our previous one. She was VERY patient in dealing with "old people". I would highly recommend her to friends. We have recommended Gateway dealership to friends in our community also. All were very pleased with dealership and sales people.

My husband and I visited several Subaru dealerships, including Gateway Subaru in Delmar, MD. Our first contact at Gateway was Mr Steve Dengler. He spent almost an hour with us as we asked questions knowing that we were just on an info search and at that time, no intention of making purchase. After our research, we decided to make our purchase at Gateway Subaru and made our appointment with Steve. Steve handled our purchase quickly and fairly. Explained everything in detail and at the end of the deal, no surprise additions. Steve was knowledgeable of the products and explained all we needed to know about our new car. Gateway is a friendly and very customer oriented dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with Steve. I thought I was going to have to pay for a new headset...but it cost me nothing!! SO PLEASED WITH GATEWAY SUBARU!!! THIS IS MY 9TH SUBARU!
