We had to find a car quickly, and King Suzuki happened to have one on our list. Drove up to Hickory (from Charlotte) to test drive. Everybody was great, and the process was quick/friendly. The prior driver that test drove the Prius had pushed on the in-dash digital clock, and had pushed it out of the dash and down behind the panel. Service had to pull the dash to resolve, but the car finished when we drove it off the lot.

We received 5 star service from the first phone call in talking to the dealership to the time we drove off the lot. They have wonderful people skills and were kind even when we were asking an endless amount of questions.

I wish I could give this dealership a million stars but that would take so long lol...but they would definitely deserve it! I had bought my Acura right after Christmas, and it was the best and easiest car buying experience! I am still amazed at how the staff took care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. Everyone there is so helpful and they are like family, they made me feel at home as well. Every single department at King Suzuki was so professional and went over and beyond, just to make sure I was happy. It was worth the drive from Charlotte...and I would do it all over again if I could. I look forward to purchasing another car from them within the next few years...they put all the other car dealerships to shame! Sooo glad I found my car here, TRUST ME, you would too :)

I found a Lexus IS250 on the website and called the dealership to get more information. They were extremely informative and we negotiated a sales price over the phone, since I lived about 100 miles away. When I made the trip, I found the car to be in excellent condition, as promised. They had the paperwork ready for me to fill out, so the process was quick and easy. Everyone from the sales person to the office clerk to the manager were extremely friendly.
