After 12 years of loyalty as a Nissan LEAF customer, I

After 12 years of loyalty as a Nissan LEAF customer, I had the most disappointing experience at this Bay Area dealership. I strongly advise against purchasing, leasing, or servicing Nissan EVs here. Over three grueling months, my vehicle’s EV module issue was misdiagnosed, and the staff wrongly replaced a perfectly functional 12V battery—then charged me for it. Despite raising the issue with management, they refused to reimburse the cost. Both the senior manager and GM showed a complete lack of responsiveness and concern for customer loyalty or repeat business. This dealership’s incompetence and dishonesty are a disservice to EV owners.
