Easy to make an appt for the next day. Courteous and knowledgeable service. Detailed invoice. Clean facility. Tom, who made the appt, Alex who receive me when I got there, and Kaye the service writer provided excellent customer service.

When I initially arrived, with an appointment, I had to
When I initially arrived, with an appointment, I had to wait 10 minutes for the service advisor who I could see and he was just standing around chatting with colleagues. There new system is terrible. They recommended expensive services I didn’t need via a message so I had to call to have them explained to me. Sent me a message stating that my car had been picked up when it hadn’t been and when I showed up to pick it up they said it wouldn’t be ready for 10 more minutes. After 20 minutes when they were literally closing the doors I had to ask for my car. I gave my paperwork to the attendant who was supposed to bring my car around and after waiting another 5 minutes since I could see where my car was I went in to just ask for my keys and they were just standing around socializing. Slow, inaccurate, and impersonal service except for the service advisor who was very nice and when I called to ask about the $800+in recommended services he was very helpful.

I like it, but everything is to expensive for your car maintenance. Also I asked for pricing on my Corolla and they made me wait for two hours and low price
