Go here, not there

Many people advertise that they are the exceptional customer oriented provider; without a doubt, this is the first place I have seen the reality of that claim! I just want to say how impressed I was with your services. 1. I called to see if I could come to Olathe location instead of Lawrence where I leased my vehicle; and it was an automatic yes, come on in here's the times we are open. When I called Lawrence, I could hardly hear them, they said they couldn't get me in without appointment, they couldn't direct me to find out about if I could go to another location, nor could they assist me find the phone number to Olathe's location. 2. Olathe Staff was right there when I walked in and was helpful and friendly; as I am very clueless on car maintenance requirements needed no matter how many times I am told. I appreciate the patience and time of explaining what should be done within my budget this day. At first I was concerned it was "too costly" compared to past experiences with Wal-mart centers; yet he was able to explain price comparison and standards that helped relieve some anguish. It was great that he gave an estimated time frame of completion. 3. It was impressive to review the assessment of needs prior to them working on my car. Usually I just take their word for my "needs" and hope they are honest. I found it helpful in understanding the lingo and applying the needs with picture diagram as the man explained them. This gentleman was also helpful with recommendations of nearby dent repair services that I inquired about. He also gave an estimated time of completion after assessment; which is so great when you drove an hour with 3 kids that think they are starving and bored ha-ha! 4. It was great to have a sit down area with a TV and complimentary drinks and restrooms in a very clean sanitary environment. 5. The check out lady was very sweet and kind to my 3 kids and I. 6. They cleaned my car so good that we didn't believe it was ours ha! Keep up the great work!!!

A genuinely enjoyable purchasing process

Having gone through more car purchases than I'd care to admit to over the years, this was one of the very rare instances of the whole process being surprisingly enjoyable. Richard Collins was my salesperson, and never once did I feel pressured or rushed. The entire experience was the perfect blend of casual and professional, and the level of patience was impressive considering how long it took me to decide and how many times I went back to the dealership over the 2-week process. I actually went back to the dealership for what was going to be my second-to-last visit in an attempt to convince myself to go with less car than I wanted, and Richard was more than happy to oblige with whatever direction I wanted to go. I ended up selling myself on the Golf R without any pressure whatsoever. Went home with the car that night, and even the paperwork process was the quickest I've ever experienced with a dealership. Pete Egeland was equally pleasing to work with, and Shayne Chamberlain was just as great. Everyone I encountered at the dealership made the experience great, and now we're on the verge of shifting my wife over to VW for her next vehicle. We're looking forward to years of happy VW ownership thanks to the great experience with Richard and the rest of the team at Bud Brown VW. Thank you!

Painless and Fun

I wanted a GTI but didn't think I could afford one, so came in to look at turbo Beetles instead. Jeremy instead found me a GTI right in my price range with my desires Options. There were no shady high pressure tactics, he genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right and finding me a car I wouldn't regret buying the next day. Jeremy also came in on his day off to show me all the features on my car that we didn't get to the first day because of the late hour. (I did not ask him to do that btw) Kevin in finance was new to VW but was super professional and made sure we got all the details on my lease ironed out. (He's even good at building cabins I hear) This is the second car I have purchased here and I'm sure when my lease is up I'll be getting a third here down the road.

2018 Atlas-Very Enjoyable experience

We bought a 2018 Atlas from Bud Brown. Our sales consultant Victor was very knowledgeable about all the new features of the car. He showed us how to work all them. The negotiations and finance portions were very professional and quick. That might have been the quickest I've never gotten through the entire process so quickly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

Great people!

My husband and I recently purchased a pre-loved Beetle at Bud Brown. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and knowledgeable. We intended to buy a new Beetle, but found such a great deal on a pre-loved fire engine red one, that we couldn't pass it up. We would highly recommend this dealership and our salesman Victor Palos to anyone who is looking for a Volkswagen.

Competent & Attentive

Bud Brown has assembled a sales and support staff that is knowledgeable, competent and attentive to the needs of their customers. All aspects of the purchase and lease of my Passat were covered with thorough explanation by friendly and accommodating personnel. The sales person who assisted me was confident and meticulous in demonstrating the features of my vehicle and in guiding me through all aspects of the transaction. The hands on approach of the people who are the face of the Bud Brown dealership set the example and have raised the bar for customer experience. Bud Brown's commitment to serving its customers sets it apart from other dealerships that sell Volkswagon automobiles as well as other brands.
