This was my third car from Bud Brown. Mike Motley has helped me with each car. I can't recommend him and the crew at Bud Brown enough. Mike takes the time to listen to what I want and doesn't stop until he finds it for me. I will never buy a car from another salesman or dealership. I went to another dealership falling for a gimmick buy back scam and was treated horribly. (Lees Summit VW) I now know better than to waste my time and will head straight to Bud Brown next time!!

Three years ago, I leased a Jetta from Molle Volkswagen and to put it mildly, it was by far my worst car buying experience I've ever had. The day I left there, I never went back. After that, all of my service visits and lease questions went through Bud Brown and I can honestly say every encounter I had with them won me over. So naturally when my lease expired, Bud Brown was where I went! I worked with Missy McConnell and had THE BEST experience. Missy is personable, fun and extremely knowledgable about all things Volkswagen. She was honest with me, yet fair and never once pushy. I leased a Beetle convertible and you better believe I will recommend Bud Brown to anyone I know! The entire team is friendly and professional; Toby Smith helped finalize my lease and was incredibly patient with all of my questions. I was pleased to test drive and see clean and sound cars that helped make the choice that much easier for me.
