Took near 2 hrs. To change a light bulb. And it cost 35.00 dollars. Everything was clean and the people were nice. The car wash was a nice touch.

Bud Brown had to order a replacement radio for my Jetta, they got the radio in very quickly and were able to schedule my appointment. Great customer service and decent service time. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Bud Brown service has always been nice to me. Steve made sure my car get needed maintenance done. For oil change, engine filter change and tire. Rotate only took 1 hour. I did not have to wait long. I always get a carwash.
