Last weekend my wife and I were at Kia of Everett kicking

Last weekend my wife and I were at Kia of Everett kicking tires. We have been looking at an EV for a few years and had an idea what we wanted. The first sales person we met was David and I told him upfront that the car is for my wife, so he better direct his attention to her. He not only took the ball but ran with it. Due to a big Memorial Weekend sale there were latex balloons all over. I mentioned this to David and advised that my wife is extremely allergic to latex and could actually end up on a ventilator. From that point forward, David accommodated my wife and completed the transaction outdoors. We weren’t even going to purchase a vehicle that day, but through EXCELLENT customer service and the right deal, my wife drove out with “Lilo”. She names all of her cars😆. As this is our first EV, everyone explained everything they could think of. However, the next day we needed to take the home charger in for malfunctioning. Now we were blessed to be introduced to Morgan in the service department who went above and beyond to make things right. I heard from more than one employee at Kia of Everett that the final sale is just the beginning of our relationship and I truly believe that. I will continue to recommend Kia of Everett to anyone looking for a top notch honest dealer. Oh… we were treated to a meet and greet with Mr. Pickles, but if you want to do another commercial showing you can fit 7 Westies and a Pug in the back of an EV6… give us a call.

The staff at Kia was very nice informative and personable. They made the experience fun and comfortable without any pressure to make any purchases. They’re also very patient allowing us to test drive and look at many many different vehicles. Would definitely recommend Kia to family and friends.

Morgan is a true pro!

Morgan is a true pro! He's helpful, courteous, concerned for his clients. I really enjoyed working with Kyler H. His communication and knowledge made leasing my EV6 a great experience. Brandon in finance was efficient and thorough when explaining all the paperwork. And I know if/when I have questions, he will answer them to my satisfaction. Is that enough words for your survey? LOL!

After deciding to end my relationship with KIA after 12

After deciding to end my relationship with KIA after 12 years and 4 vehicles due to poor service, Kyler Hockaday convinced me to continue my relationship with Kia. He did a great job reassuring me they implemented positive organizational changes and expectations for customer service. Looking forward to continuing our relationship into the future.

I worked with Seim Fanuel, and he was superb. Friendly, knowledgeable, and supported us through every step to end up with the car we wanted at the price we were looking for. Very attentive and professional approach, highly recommend him and the Kia of Everett dealership!
