The service advisors, Captain Morgan and JP were great 🙂👌, What sucks is your service technicians and parts people who Not only couldn't tell me the brand of oil that they put in my 2011 KIA Optima 2.4 LTR. but they charged me an extra quart of oil 🤨 that my car has never needed it for the past 15 years since we owned it and Serviced it in different other dealerships My car has always filled up with not more than 5 quarts 🧐

JP Purnell knew my car's history when I got there, he did the video check quickly and thoroughly, he kept me informed, and I got my car back when promised. The technician working on my car made detailed notes, and the dealership waiting area was clean and well-stocked with snacks. It couldn't have been easier to get the work done.
