My Wife and I started out at Chevrolet of Everett. Ward and Kane are Great at this location because we have purchased there before. Listening to our needs and wants they recommended another Harnish Family Dealership, Kia of Everett. We briefly met with Erik Butler and when proceeded to deal with Semi Fanuel. I am happy to say we came home with a Newer Kia Seltos which my wife is Very Happy with. The Harnish Family Auto Group has some Great Employees.

I've bought 4 cars from there. There have only been 2 times I wasn't happy with the service

KIA of Everett's facilities are always clean and well-maintained. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my concerns. I would highly recommend all of their services.

I'm happy with the result but not happy that when I originally disclosed the issue with the AC and lost my car for a day for the 'fix' that the AC wasn't fixed even though they said it was. They never ran the AC to make sure it worked. I also think that if a customer is going to lose their EV car for almost week that they should get an EV or Hybrid as the loaner. I had to pay over $100 out of pocket in gas.
