Anthony Babasa assisted us. From the moment we arrived he was friendly and welcoming, very patient, and showed sincerity in his efforts to help us find what we wanted. He was fantastic and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He also has been extremely responsive regarding some additional questions and follow up we requested. We recommend him and Kia of Everett and would absolutely work with him again.

Every time I get a service performed at Everett, I'm very happy with it! Their customer service is fantastic! They offer me drinks and snacks if I need them and if they can't get my service done as they have planned they have always offered a dealer customer service car. Excellent service all the time!! The service department is always respectful and eager to help. Communication is also excellent and comes off as genuine. Much better service than Kia of Kirkland.

Everyone is friendly and articulate; if they can't answer a question, they will take you to someone who can. I appreciated the waiting area; having tables away from the tv is great for someone who needs to concentrate or do remote work.
