I had a very good experience.

I had a very good experience. Morgan communicated everything well. I was getting all the updates regarding the service and the issue. The coolant issues was fixed and everything is working well.

Granted they had the best price for my vehicle I was

Granted they had the best price for my vehicle I was searching for, my entire experience was basic, boring, and took 3 1/2 hours with uninformed salesmen in an environment crowded with other very loud employees some of which where sick without hand sanitizer within their office, no price negotiation whatso ever, coffee was disgusting, only perks like oil changes and windshield chips are non transferable to any other dealership while I'm over 4 hours away, all my questions were googled and read back to me what AI said, tried to sell me a warranty without knowing what it covers or giving me a pamphlet, bombarded me with over 6 different requests to submit a review.. annoying and not in your favor...
