The service was great as usual. Morgan gave clear explanations about the service being done and the estimated time of the service. He was professional in all ways. Still a 5-star service!

We knew what we were looking for, and were able to talk on the phone with Kirsten to work out a great price on a car even better than what we were looking for. Went in same day, and Iann and Renn were super efficient to make sure it was what I wanted, and get the paperwork done ASAP. We'd had previous good experience with the KIA of Everett in service but feel great about our sales experience!

I paid $25.00 to have tires rotated with the service of my car. They were NOT rotated. Disappointing service. Will schedule service with another KIA dealer going forward. My phone call to schedule service with my other KIA was not returned after the service advisor stated they would contact me. Not fun, simple or easy.
