I stopped by to look at a truck that I had seen a few times passing by. I have been looking to buy a truck of this particular years and package for quite some time. Needless to say, I know what to look for to ensure this exact one had been well maintained. I was neither impressed or disappointed. The owner eventually approached me and proceeded with attempts to "Boss" and "Bro" me into feeling as though I should be so honored that I have his temporary approval. When we got down to the price, he said he was at 25,000. his truck was nothing special and is really only worth about 20-22 depending on condition which his is nothing special. As far as my trade goes, it blue books and NADAs for about 9500, he offered me 5000 "top dollar." He then claimed to own Loan Star Motors and said he has 30 plus trucks exactly like that over at his other location. I visited Loan Star Motors a few days later and inquired about this "owner." The gentlemen I talked to said that they have no affiliation and that this other person has stolen their logo and claims to own the both of these lots. I returned to Texans Auto Group about two weeks later to see if he was ready to let his truck go for less. His response was that he raised the price to 27000. I then asked him about his other shop and told him they claim to have no affiliation. He told me that the guy who told me that must have been mad because he was not the owner. This guy is a moron and is completely full of it. He is making his money off of his "second chance" financing and ripping people off on the sales of his cars and way under cutting their trades.

Jerry seems to be a good guy and made the process of buying a car uneventful. He is in business to get retain his customer base creating new business thru his existing base. I would have no trouble in recommending him to anyone who needs a good clean car with low mileage.

Loan Star Motorsports/Texans Auto Group is truly the best place to buy a used vehicle ? it makes you feel like you just bought a brand new car!! I had an amazing experience ? Jerry, the owner, is wonderful. Everything was super easy and quick ? he takes care of everything he can for you, and doesn?t waste your time. He will take the time to answer all of your questions, and give you as much information as he has (I got a Carfax report for the entire life of the car I bought!). He only has vehicles with low mileage ? which makes it even more fun, since you have plenty of options in one place. Pretty much any kind of car, truck, van, sports car, SUV, crossover, etc., that you are looking for, he will more than likely have. He has 4 lots, so be sure to ask him what you want if you don?t see it, and he probably can meet your needs. Also, they are all inspected and serviced, so you know you are getting a quality vehicle. They check the tires and brakes, and make sure you are making a safe purchase for your family. He is a very honest guy, and a family man himself ? not a car salesman just trying to make a buck. He wants you to be happy with your investment, and I very much am! I am definitely recommending all my friends and family go see him before going anywhere else. I shopped around, and there was no comparison ? you won?t find anything with mileage that low, priced that reasonably, without sacrificing quality; not to mention, some cheese-ball salesman just trying to get a commission. The one thing is, though ? since they are such great prices for low-mileage cars, they go fast ? so go check them out before shopping around! A+++
