EXcellent Service Made me feel like a Kimg

The Service Agent was polite, helpful and made the visit a very positive visit. Everything required was done efficiently Mike went over the service summary, making sure that I understood all of the checks that were made and that all of the items were Excellent (which I expect with our Camry. He gave me an estimate on the time required, arranged a Lift home, and gave me a call when it was ready.

Great Service

Ken Roberts was awesome to deal with he worked hard to get the truck I wanted. I had done my homework before coming to the dealership and had a good idea what I should pay for a new truck and what I should get from my trade-in and I got exactly what I thought I could get. And Toby was excellent with our financing and explaining everything. I will definitely be returning when we get ready to buy again.

Great facilities.

The customer service guy (Jay ?) was able to look up my Extended Warranty using the car's VIN number, and processed the FREE check-up smoothly.

Great Service

At Toyota I trust the work that the work done to my car because I know that expert people are handling the problem with the highest technology. Moreover, I know that the best parts are being installed in my car. The waiting lounge is a nice place to spend the time waiting for your car in addition to the shuttle service that I think it is great.

WORTH THE DRIVE

The customer service is exceptional. Art was very friendly and promised me to be on my way in no time and he made it happen. I also talked to Alberto, a technician who was really friendly and made me feel safe knowing he was going to take care of my car like if it was his own.

Honest service

Can make an appointment, Greeted when I get there. Told how long to expect till the repairs are completed, so I can decided to wait or go back home by shuttle. Was told that the seat belt screws were stripped during repair and I would have to return when the new screws came in. I was glad they were honest about it. Did not mind returning.
