Ultimately got the repairs correct, but made multiple promises for the completion time, which were repeatedly missed. Missed completion times caused a missed flight and resulted in having car have to be delivered to us at home, which was much appreciated but still missed commitment times

The service technician was rude. We have been working with him for quite sometime and find he has not been returning calls and dropped the ball on a warranty repair. This last service he told me the total and when I asked if the oil change should be covered under the pre-paid maintenance, he snapped, “how should I know you have pre-paid maintenance if you don’t tell me.” 1) I always tell the service tech when I schedule the appointment so they can make note and 2) we have been bringing the vehicle to you since we bought it new from you. I imagine this should be noted in our account somehow.
