Bought a 08 Mini and was told it needed brakes and it had an O2 sensor light on to deal with. I asked for a 6 month warranty add on and he “couldn’t get... the system to work”. So once I left with the car I fully expected to put a good chunk of money into it but a week and a half later I had my car for one day and it’s been in the shop ever since. Repairs are up to $3600 already. There were issues that made the car totally unsafe to drive and they let me and my daughter leave in this death trap. Never answer the phone, voicemail is full, no one helped me. I’m stuck with this piece of crap for YEARS now because I’m so in debt and upside down on value. Keep your distance! I learned a hard lesson thinking when I ask “what all is wrong that I’ll need to fix” I’d get an honest answer.
I found the salesperson to be exceptional in explaining the car status and history. His customer service was highly professional and exceeded beyond my... expectation. It was most refreshing to associate with the car salesperson that engaged with me in letting me know everything I needed to know in buying this car.
The service was on time. When I got there I was greeted by Sammy. He was very honest and down to earth. He explained everything I wanted to know about... the vehicle I bought and I was very impressed and satisfied. We wrapped up the deal quickly and efficiently. I was Impressed. He was very professional.
This is my SECOND REVIEW...we drove all the way to Indy to buy a Cadillac Escalade. Despite some delays that led us stuck there for far too long we purchased... and we're happy. That is of course until 4 days Later the A.C. (I was ASSURED WORKED) stopped working while on a trip. From there it was this and that, check engine light came on day 5. So 30 days later I contact Sam tell him I want to trade the Caddy in, tell him what vehicle J want and that I don't have cash just the Cadillac, but the price was similar etc. He tell me sure come in down we will work it out. So I drive the 100 miles, getting there later than Is prefer, but I knew what vehicle I wanted . Long story short Sam tells me he has to run up the street. So I wait and wait and wait. I waited OVER 3 1/2 HOURS LIKE AN IDIOT. Finally it was dark and pushing 10 PM, Sam wouldn't answer my calls or text. The. Again like an idiot I start to worry .maybe something happened, but I head home anyway because I dont ba e another POC for the dealership. I don't finally hear from Sam until the next day saying he is sorry but he couldn't do anything anyway I needed.to have cash. So another what ON TOP OF THE NEARLY 6K YOU FOT 30 DAYS AGO?.
Good atmosphere , no pressure and i got the car i wanted for the price i wanted! They worked with me and sami was up front and walked me threw the process... quickly. Would definitely recommend buying from them !
Drove to Indy from Dayton,Ohio after seeing the card online. Have a late of late model vehicles with low miles/great price. Was very pleased and really... enjoyed working with Sam. He stayed really late as we worked through some minor struggles (not related to dealership). My suggestion to them was they should have a better system in place to answer phone calls.
Went to look at a car and the place looked to be ran down. No one came to help nor greet us. The car we went to look at was nothing like described and... had a lot of issues. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
DO NOT Waste your time or money ! This has to be the worst buying experience I have ever had in my life and I have purchased hundreds of vehicles . Sammy... promised and even took my information down to supply me with a copy of a carfax and some type of walk around video or pics of any issues since I live out of state . I explained I have cash in hand every time and didn’t expect a perfect car just wanted to know what I was walking into since I live 5hrs away . the last time I just asked for even a carfax .... something !! Every time same thing ..... all promise and ZERO delivery of any type of customer service . Unbelievable .... especially in this day and age of dealerships bending over backwards to try and earn customers due to slow car sales .
I got a CarFax and was allowed to use a ODB2 scanner on the vehicle. This message is a week after purchase. The car seems strong and should last a long... time.
