Sat in the waiting room for 2 plus hours while my car sat

Sat in the waiting room for 2 plus hours while my car sat unserviced. Billed incorrectly. Incredibly unprofessional and sloppy experience from start to finish. Hard to believe this is/was a BMW dealership - definitely not the standard of excellence one would expect.

We understand and apologize for your extended wait time yesterday. Windshield replacements are performed by USC Glass technicians off-site and not by BMW of Mobile staff... therefore, precise timing is a bit beyond our control. Best auto service experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve

Best auto service experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve been in the car business for years. Carie was phenomenal, second only to Beemer the cat. She kept me posted throughout my stay, explained everything clearly, and gave precise instructions for the follow-up appointment. I loved being able to book online — super convenient — and the text alerts and reminders were a great touch. The shop is state-of-the-art, spotless, and the waiting area is top-notch with great amenities. It was also impressive seeing two salespeople close deals with service customers — clearly trained and intentional. It’s rare to see that level of coordination between service and sales. Overall, a well-run, professional operation from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Brought my vehicle in for repair and they inspected it.

Brought my vehicle in for repair and they inspected it. By day 2 they called me and gave me the rundown. The answered all my questions I had. They were professional and efficient, had to wait for a part to come in but was able to drive off with my car a week later.

Tyler is my service representative and is always so

Tyler is my service representative and is always so helpful by keeping you up to date with the service. Unfortunately, I have had my car twice in the last three months but each time Tyler was just great. I appreciate his customer service and level of professionalism that he always demonstrates.
