They were extremely helpful, courteous, fair and professional with a welcoming attitude. No high pressure sales. I experienced their clean showroom with a nice selection of very clean Hyundai's in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. It was a pleasure to do business with Quality Hyundai. Most of my car experiences have been extremely negative. I live in Milford and could have gone to Key, but chose Quality because I serviced my first car there and Bob (service manager) is a easy going, kind, helpful person (shout out to Carla in service too). My experience with him encouraged me to return for my 2nd purchase. I drove three cars and we could have driven more but I already knew what I wanted and it was on the lot. From the first minute of being at Quality Hyundai thru to driving my new Sonata Sport home, I found the entire experience to be extremely positive. The salesman Jay Holliday and the owner Joe Blichfeldt combined to make the process of buying a new car a positive experience. I already had a favorable view of sonatas because my previous car was a 2002 Sonata, which had proved to be an excellent vehicle. My new Sonata is proving to be an even more rewarding car to drive.

I would like to share my great experience at this dealership while searching for and finally purchasing my new Santa Fe. I love this car!!! Pete Zaniewski was my first link to the Quality Hyundai dealership. Pete got me in the door - meaning, I actually wanted to come in to the dealership- I have disliked purchasing cars mainly because of the nonsense you have to endure with most car salespeople, or at least the ones I have encountered. Brian Langley is the best salesman and helped me so much in picking out my Santa Fe and going through that entire car with me before I left on Saturday to be sure I knew where everything was on the vehicle. Brian helped me hook up my Bluetooth and my Bluelink while at the dealership as well. I did not have to do anything after I left with my car except drive it and enjoy it! Brian even showed me around the dealership and service department so I knew where to go when it was time for me to service my car. Marco was so helpful and took me through all the paperwork, options and details available to me. Joe the owner is so kind and thoughtful! He came over to introduce himself and meet me. It was my pleasure to buy a car at this dealership!

This was the third car I purchased from Quality Hyundai. The experience was the best you could get. Everyone is so very helpful, and they actually treat you like family. I am so happy with my new Hyundai Accent, best car for me.

My wife and I decided to look for a low mileage used car after her's was totaled a week earlier. We went to Quality Hyundai because of an excellent experience a few years earlier. The salesperson, Kourtney Mei was very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Her obvious dedication combined with the friendly atmosphere created by the owners made our purchasing experience a very good one.

Having purchased a new 2009 Elantra Touring several years ago from Quality Hyundai, we had no hesitation to return after an accident totaled my wife's auto. We were looking for a reasonably low mileage previously owned car at a reasonable price. I called Quality Hyundai to see if what we were looking for was available. Our call was answered by Kourtney Mei who proceeded to give us info without a hard sales pitch, which was greatly appreciated. Later, that very rainy day, we were welcomed by Kourteny who proceeded to show us several cars. Her professionalism, and dedication to her job, while running through the rain several times to bring selected autos to the front of the store, was also greatly appreciated. Because of Kourtney and the rest of the Quality Hyundai team, My wife is happily driving a 2013 Elantra. Many thanks to Kourtney for helping make our experience a good one.
